Lovely location and beach, in need of some basic repairs
We loved having a place right on a sandy beach that was convenient to so much of what Maui has to offer. We also appreciated the beachgesr that was available for our use.
But there were so many things that needed fixing. The screen door to the lanai was torn and wouldn't stay on the track. The roof leaked in the upstairs bathroom and on one of the beds in the other bedroom. (Luckily, we didn't need both beds.) The bathroom fan upstairs did not work. The dryer vented into a box on top of the dryer that wouldn't stay sealed, so the condo got steamy when we dried clothes.
This the first time I've ever given a negative review despite having used VRBO many times. Just a little TLC would bring the value of the condo back to par with the rent being charged.

We can confirm the Hale Mahina AOAO repaired the roof which was the cause of the unfortunate leak into the condo. The screens have been repaired and the exhaust fan replaced. We do hope to see you back on Maui again soon.
Perfect place to stay! The location is one in a million! The condo was plenty big for a family of four. An awesome beach, grassy area, pool and hot tub right out in front. No need to leave and go to a crowded beach! The condo was very clean and well kept, although the bathrooms could use an updating. Would absolutely recommend this condo and we CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK AGAIN!
