Conveniently located. Walk to Town Center. Great lake view from lanai. End Unit. Private, Quiet, Secure. This has been our home for seven winters. It has greatly served our needs. Recently we purchased a single family home in Pelican Preserve. We are 'starting over'. However we have left behind our Tommy Bahama furniture, upgraded granite counter tops, California Closets, beautiful window treatments, new appliances including a french door refrigerator, front load steam washer and dryer, and beautiful original art pieces. We believe we have one of the most beautiful, comfortable, rental condos in the community. See the 'Amenities' drop down box. No sales tax on six month rental or more. Open to negotiation on price for six months. Will also consider an annual rental. We are limited to a minimum one month rental per our condo rules.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pelican Preserve. The amenities are amazing. We met some very friendly people and enjoyed the low key atmosphere of an adult community. The condo is centrally located and we could walk to the town center. We liked the convenience of the ground floor unit. Would highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning in the near future.
