Unbelievable little cabin in the woods.

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I made this our choice for a anniversary weekend away. We loved the property and cabin. Very clean and confortable bed. Nice big walk in shower. We have a cabin in the pigeon forge area and can relate to having a cabin on a rental program. It was very clean and well maintained. Would love for the owners to complete the basement for more rooms. I want to take friends and in laws to this one.

Owner's Response: We are so glad your whole anniversary experience at Solitude Point was loved and that you want to return with friends and in laws. It's great that you mentioned your request to complete the basement because that is exactly what the owners are looking to do. Hope you look us up for your next visit and the basement may be completed and there will be room for friends and the in laws too!

Wonderful cabin

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at the cabin with my family of six and had a great time. It is a beautiful, secluded cabin with everything you need. Last cabin up on that side of the mountain. Close to Blue Ridge, the casino and the Ocoee rafting. Internet worked well. We will be back!!!

In the middle of nowhere

  • 3 of 5

Good place to stay in the middle of nowhere...nice house amenities are good as per as they say except cable and internet. We have stayed there for three nights and there is no sings of internet even though they have given a socalled password but it never worked. We gave them a call but they didn't call back, my husbend has sent them emails to but they didn't replied back which is really irritating. In tv most of the cable channels mostly movie channels dont what u gonna do in the middle of nowhere....this is really annoying.. So my opinion is before you book the property you first make sure whether internet is connecting or not otherwise you will be irritated..

Great property, minor issues.

  • 4 of 5

Let me start by saying, overall we loved this property. It was just the right size for my family of six. We had some minor issues with the internet connection through the week. Not a problem for most, but my wife needs the internet for her job (no real vacations for her). The direct tv had minimal channels and would also lose connection or freeze. Not a big deal for us, but may have been for some. The property is QUIET, which we loved. You are a solid drive up the mountain. The property is clean and feels almost new inside. I was concerned about the location when my wife booked, but it turned out to be a great spot for people who just want to enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, rafting, and tubing. The house has an unfinished basement level that I was told will add a bedroom, bathroom , and living area. When that is complete I think the house will be that much better. The property Management company is easy to work with. We thank the owners for giving us the opportunity to create some lasting family memories. Will not hesitate to return.

Peaceful adventure!

  • 5 of 5

Great, well-maintained property. It has everything you might need, in terms of amenities and placement in the geographical area. Very private with wonderful views. Location affords access to Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway ( a couple of hours ' drive), as well as adventure activities in the tri-state area. We would definitely return. Thank you!
