US based London Connection 4 bedroom 2 bath House in Covent Garden

The house itself has been completely refurbished to the highest standard. There are four floors which are beautifully designed and organized. The ground floor is a marble entrance with staircases down to the basement and another staircase leading up to the residential floors. In the basement, a sauna and yoga/fitness room has been provided– all very well done. On the first floor, up one flight of stairs, is a bedroom for two persons and a fabulous shower bathroom. This floor has its own kitchen with all machines with an open plan living room/bedroom with a large pull-out sofa–much like a “granny flat.” four persons can be comfortably accommodated on the first floor.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms–one has a large queen size bed (the master bedroom) and other has a king size bed which can be unzipped into two twin beds. There is an amazing bathroom with tub, wash hand basin, loo, and an additional shower room. Finest quality. Four persons can be accommodated on this floor.

On the top floor, there is an open-plan kitchen/dining room/lounge. The kitchen is beautifully organized and designed with all machines including washer/dryer, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.. The lounge has a large sofa which can be a pull-out for 1 or 2 additional people. One adult or two children can be accommodated on this floor. There is a large television in the lounge and a second television in the master bedroom and a third tv in the first floor bedroom. There is high speed wireless internet in the accommodation.

This splendid accommodation is in an historic building, located in the perfect spot in london. It is perfect for a family or a small group staying in central london. It is best for visitors who wish to be in the heart of the city, going to the theater, walking to all the historic sites, searching for the best restaurants, living in the ideal residence. This is a unique experience, living with history in a stunning setting which can accommodate up to 9 persons. If you are in this budget, this property would add a great deal to a visit to London.

The unit was perfect. We had a wonderful stay.

The property was very clean, beds were comfy and everything worked great, such as the wifi. The location is superb - right in the heart of London. The staff was truly top-notch! Right on time with the keys and quickly accessible if I had a question. They helped on ground transportation to and from Heathrow which was great.

I'd absolutely stay there again.

Perfect flat, perfect location!

This flat and London Connection delivered for my three brothers and me!

Having London Connection associates, each so professional, friendly and competent, ensuring that everything was just so, was a first for us. It was perfect. This flat was an essential part of our experience. Its character, history and location are remarkable. It was clean, well-stocked and in great repair. Because of the floor-plan and the way it is appointed, it provided plenty of quiet time for everyone. We actually would just open the windows and relax with a drink, enjoying the character of the flat, its surroundings and all of the activity outside. It was part of a brilliant journey. We will certainly visit London again. And, we will also plan our visit in such a way as to ensure that we can stay at St. Martin’s Lane!

A Lovely Stay at 62 St. Martins Lane

Great location

My family and I leased this flat for 5 days while visiting our son. The flat was very well appointed, spacious and well kept. It was a perfect location to see all of Londons highlights.

Amazing Location

There is no better location to stay in London if you want fun, action and the center of activity then this flat. Our business group was thrilled to be staying this close to Covent Garden market, tube, theatre district, great restaurants, walking distance to many sites and close to Mr. Fogg's Tavern, which was our favorite bar/pub. You will be comfortable in this large flat and it is quiet at night, not a better place to stay.

maravilloso situacion inmejorable

maravilloso y céntrico apartamento, esta en la calle que divide el soho de covent garden, a un paso esta traflagar, big-ben y las casas del parlamento, picadilly, regent, Oxford Street, leicester square esta justo al lado y cuando sales del apartamente si giras a la derecha a un paso la plaza de covent sus mercados llenos de gente y artistas que lo mismo cantan opera que tocan el violin, hacen malabares, la royal opera, neal Street y neal yard calle colorida, y si giras a la izquierda el Soho, carnaby street, la parada de metro esta justo al volver la esquina, las calles llenas de pubs, restaurantes, el apartamento es maravilloso, las fotos que aparecen son tal cual el apartamento espacioso el salón muy grande nosotros eramos un grupo de 8 y lo hemos disfrutado mucho para los desayunos y las cenas, a la cocina no le falta de nada, todo esta super limpio , comodas las habitaciones y los baños, , nosotros optamos por que la propia agencia nos facilitara los traslados del aeropuerto y has sido la mejor idea, la atención desde el principio ha sido excelente, lo recomendaría a mis amigos y familiares que ya me han pedido los datos para ir, volveremos al mismo apartamento en cuanto podamos, muchas gracias al equipo de LONDON CONNECTION, gracias Thomas por haber tenido esta maravillosa idea

This central london house is perfect in every way: perfect location right in the heart of london, perfect history, perfect comfort, perfect amenities. We at london connection are delighted to offer one of the finest 3/4 bedroom historical properties in central london. In the 18th century, this building on st martin’s lane was once the furniture workshop of thomas chippendale, the finest furniture craftsman in british history. It is located three minutes from st martin in the fields, the national gallery, the national portrait gallery, trafalgar square, leicester square, and many covent garden theaters and restaurants.
