With the Gulf of Mexico just steps from your back door and beautiful Sarasota Bay a couple minutes’ drive in the other direction, Bay Tree Club 106 is perfectly situated for fun on Siesta Key. In 2011 Siesta Beach was named the Best Beach in America. Bay Tree Club 106 is in a quiet southern end of the island where you can truly enjoy the incredible beauty of this beach. Our guests tells us that typically there are no more than a few people at the beach and even fewer at the two pools on the Bay Tree Club property. Vacationing at Bay Tree Club 106 is a peaceful, relaxing getaway and like so many of our guests, you’ll want to return again and again. A 14-day minimum stay is required at Bay Tree Club 106.
Bay Tree Club 106 is a ground-floor condo so there’s no schlepping up stairs or waiting for an elevator. Everything is on one level in this jewel of a condo. Walk in the front door and take in the homey setting replete with creature comforts and a color scheme to match the turquoise blues of the Gulf.
Your open-concept main living area is outfitted with comfortable couches and chairs including a recliner that’s the perfect place to watch your 52” HDTV with cable. You also have a VCR and a DVD player. On those evenings when you want to stay around the condo, you can gather your group for a movie night. Bay Tree Club 106 has free Wi-Fi too so you can check out websites for area attractions and post your vacation photos on social media.
Your entire wall is windows and French doors at one end of the main living room. Wonderful Florida sunshine pours in from your lanai, which overlooks the grassy grounds of the Bay Tree Club property.
You’ll enjoy sitting out on your screened lanai in the salt-tinged sea air. It’s a great place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail as the sun sets. There’s a dining table and chairs on the lanai so on many evenings you’ll want to dine out in the outdoor air.
You may not want to cook at all while you’re at Bay Tree Club 106, and you don’t need to with all the restaurants available throughout the island. However, it’s nice to know you have a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite snacks or dishes. You’ll love the large appliances, granite countertops, and great prep areas available.
If you’re not eating out on the lanai, you can gather your group around the handsome dining table just beyond the kitchen. If you need additional place settings, you can set three up at the breakfast bar. You also have a community barbecue and picnic area available at Bay Tree Club 106. Take steaks or burgers down and enjoy dining around a picnic table in the soothing sea air.
After a day of watching the turtles on Turtle Beach, golfing, beachcombing, or paddle boarding on the Gulf, you’ll be ready for a good restful sleep. Your master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with a large window overlooking the grounds. There’s also a sliding glass door that leads out onto the lanai where you can sit and watch the stars come out. Your master has a 52” flat-screen TV and nightstands with reading lamps so you can read a few chapters in a favorite book.
Whether you sleep late or rise early, you’ll be pleased with the appointments that greet you in your master bathroom. There’s a large walk-in shower and vanity with plenty of space to spread out your toiletries and get ready for your day.
The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a twin bed, perfect for a family. There’s also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests, if needed. A 32” flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall for viewing by guests staying in the comfortable second bedroom.
The second bathroom within Bay Tree Club 106 includes a shower/tub combination. Guests can decide between taking a leisurely tub bath or an invigorating shower. Both bathrooms have plenty of thirsty towels to use during your stay. There’s also a full-sized washer and dryer within Bay Tree Club 106 so you can keep everyone in clean clothes.
Come spend your vacation at Bay Tree Club 106. You’ll love the community and the incredible access to unspoiled white-sand beaches. Book your preferred dates in paradise today!

Location, location and location. Fabulous beach feel condo.
Am not impressed with Vacation Rental Pro staff. Was locked out at check-in. Was told I didn't need new code. Next day went to go for walk and was locked out for two hours. Spoke numerous times with answering service. NoOne ever called me back. Finally called emergency number. That is my major complaint. Accommodations are excellent and quiet! Maintenance of property is excellent! I have already rebooked for 2018!
Turtle Beach retreat
Very clean and attractive unit. Loved that we could walk right out the back lanai door to the pool and the beach. Right across the road we found the inter-coastal with a beautiful long dock that you can fish from of just sit and relax and watch the boats go by. This unit is on the south end of Siesta Key and quiet and peaceful and yet there are two nice pubs/restaurants that you can walk to.
My family and I stayed here for two weeks and we are looking forward to coming back next year! We usually stay in the Crescent Beach area of Siesta Key and I was a little worried about staying in Turtle Beach, but we actually loved the location. It was so much more laid back and nowhere near as crowded as Crescent Beach. No, we didn't have the nice white fluffy sand, but enjoyed the beach just the same. And if you want the nice white sand, it's just a short drive to Crescent Beach or the Siesta Key public beach. Great shelling on Turtle sure to bring your snorkel gear! Location on the ground floor is great...just walk out the back door and you are on the beach or at the pool in about 2 minutes. My son also enjoyed playing on the grassy area out back, which was nicely shaded the first half of the day. It's a short walk to the bay side and docks that offers great fishing. Unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn't have access to the cabana storage unit, so we brought our own beach chairs/umbrella/etc. Only negative is that the washer/dryer is not in the unit. It's a coin-operated washer/dryer that's shared with the other units on the floor. Good location on Turtle Beach...walking distance to a couple of restaurants or a short drive to other restaurants to the north. We ate at Turtles Restaurant and Ophelia's on the Bay, both right down the road from the condo and both were amazing. Overall, this was a great value and great location if you are looking for a laid-back vacation away from the crowds of Siesta Key.
