Just a few minutes away from the west entrance to Glacier National Park, this 2-year old single family house is nestled in the resort town of Whitefish, Montana. The Flathead Valley has recently been recognized by Golf Digest magazine as one of the top 50 golf destinations in the world, including the city-owned Whitefish Lake Golf Course located within a 5 minute drive of the house. Whitefish was recently voted as one of America’s Favorite Mountain Towns by readers of Travel + Leisure Magazine.

This comfortable home features a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms. 3 baths, washer/dryer, garage, hi-speed internet, cable tv, fenced yard and all amenities you will need on your trip. The downstairs living room has a couch and love seat, flat screen TV, blu-ray player and cable TV service. The dining room has a large table with seating for 6, and a breakfast nook in the kitchen seats 3. The full kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a complete assortment of pots, pans, dishes and table ware. Also downstairs is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a bathroom and closet space.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large “office” with a queen size futon. Each bedroom contains a queen size bed and dresser. The Master bedroom has a Temper-Pedic bed, en-suite bath and flat screen TV. The office contains a large desk, printer/copier, a flat screen monitor/TV, dresser, futon, and a small covered outdoor balcony with seating for 2 with views of surrounding mountains.

The fenced backyard offers a patio, propane BBQ, patio table with umbrella and 6 chairs. Recently landscaped with groups of quaking aspen and flowering shrubs, the backyard adjoins a common area and offers views of Big Mountain.

A standard size two-car garage with automatic opener can accommodate two standard size cars or one large pick-up.

This house is located in the newer Aspen Grove subdivision, on a quiet street with little traffic.

Zoning regulations mandate rentals of our vacation home for a minimum of 30 days.

We lived in Whitefish for over 10 years and owned houses here for over 20 years. As career Forest Service employees we appreciate the variety of outdoor activities that are available in and around Whitefish. Whitefish is an all-season resort community and a friendly small Montana town. It's a great place to live, visit and play. From fine dining to live theater, untouched powder skiing to unsurpassed mountain trails, the Whitefish area offers it all.

Great ski vacation

This house is very beautiful and comfortable. Everything went very smooth from payments all the way to departure. It's a perfect location very quiet with no houses surrounding it in a new sub division their is very little traffic. I wold stay again in a heartbeat thanks for the great family vacation.

Come explore beautiful northwest Montana! Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Whitefish and City Beach, 5 minutes from the Stumptown Ice Den ice rink, 15 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Resort, minutes from the Amtrack station, and less than 30 minutes from Glacier International Airport. Glacier National Park is only 28 miles away. Close to many fine restaurants, shopping and food markets. Whitefish has great golfing either at the Whitefish Lake Course (10 minute drive), or at any of the other 8 championship courses in the valley. Enjoy Whitefish's vibrant farmer's market every Tuesday (1/2 mile from house) during summer months. Whitefish Mountain Resort offers outstanding skiing and snowboarding in winter months, and miles of mountain bike trails and a host of other activities in the summer. Whitefish offers a great trail system, both within town and the Whitefish Trail connecting public lands to the heart of Whitefish. Whitefish Lake offer swimming, boating, and fishing. The Stumptown Ice Den ice rink, located 4 blocks from the house, hosts hockey, public skating and curling.

Cancellation 30 days or more in advance are fully refundable minus a $100 handling fee.
