At first glance, this condo might seem too beautiful to be true. Past guests rave about its pristine cleanliness.
High enough to receive lovely breezes, your sixth-floor balcony is the place to be. Look out over sensational views, enjoying your vacation with friends and family. This large outdoor space has a great outdoor dining table - a delicious default for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Decorated in a sleek and modern style, you’ll love the light beech tones for a light, beach home. Pops of color and dazzling extras hide here and there, whether the wall art or cheeky leopard print throw cushions. The long couch faces out towards the view, while two arm chairs are great for watching TV. A DVD player is provided in the living room as well.
Easily and happily self-cater from your gourmet kitchen. Granite counters offer plenty of prep space and new appliances are a delight. All cookware is provided and local supermarkets are a very short drive away.
With a clever floor plan, this unit offers great privacy for a group. At the unit’s ocean side, beside the balcony, is the master suite. There, enjoy a king bed and decadent en suite bath.
At the condo’s opposite end, near the foyer, are the two guest rooms that share a full bathroom. While one guest room is ideal for a couple (queen bed), the third guest room could accommodate children or teens (two twin beds).
Solve a world of travel problems if you’re coming with a big group. Book this unit together with two others on the same floor for absolute convenience and perfect spur-of-the-moment flexibility. Inquire with us about units #161 and #165.
A short walk and you’re at either of the resort’s two pools or racing down the private access to Cinnamon Beach itself. Removed from the hustle-bustle of larger resort towns, you’ll enjoy miles of beach seemingly all to yourself.
Guests love the resort’s gorgeous landscaping along quiet pathways and that they’re always able to find the “best spot” at the pool, no matter what time of day they arrive.
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front heated pool for adults with towels provided, a second large heated pool for families with a gradual slope entrance for kids, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a snack bar, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. Beautiful - more than what the pictures online can show !!!
High ceilings give the feeling of space - felt like a whole house
Overall a very nice stay. Some dated fixtures, but no issues other than front bedroom TV inoperable
Nice place to stay and we would probably stay here again.
Beach access was a bit of a walk around buildings, but not too terrible. Beach was pretty nice and not overrun with people.
One pool is set for children (loud play) and the other is quiet and limited on noise. Pretty restrictive really, and this pool is nicer and larger. The pool that is open for children did get very busy and obnoxious. Several adult males acting like juveniles concerned us a few times due to our children swimming and playing nearby. Thankfully nobody was hurt.
Security folks at the main gate were very nice and helpful.
We had a nice stay and the condo was very nice.
Previous reviews stated the TV's in the bedrooms were inoperable. They also stated the previous renters called for service.
I called the management company before leaving and they assured me the TV's were repaired.
The front bedroom (right side, when walking in) did not power on at all.
Front bedroom to the left simply had a very old school TV that had to be set to channel 3 for Cable/ Satellite.
The kids want to watch TV's and/or movies at night, so this is usually important.
This did not really interfere with our stay... Just something to consider.
Beautiful view and lovely, well-maintained property
The condo was very pretty and comfortable!
The view was gorgeous!
Wish I could have stayed longer!
Old and dirty.
This place was the worst place that we have stayed at in Cinnamon Beach. Place was old and dirty, walls were all scuffed up (needs a paint job). Television didn't work in one room and was antique in another room. Washer & dryer were old and really noisy. Dishwasher was old and noisy. Fan in the Master Bathroom was loud and rattled. Kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced as handle was hard to move and flow was low. Balcony furniture was lacking (only four chairs) and was very cheap looking/dirty. Balcony was dirty. Coffee table had a broken leg. Furniture in general is a mixture of different styles and looks - not very appealing. Kitchen table and chairs looked like they came from a hospital or someone's balcony. This place needs an entire refurbishment (furniture and appliances). Bedrooms lacked adequate light (no overhead lights; just fans). Side table lamps only.
Only positive things were the view from the balcony (over the golf course and ocean) and the paintings on the walls. Otherwise I would avoid this place if you can. Having stayed at 4 other condos within this resort, there are much better places to stay at. Definitely not worth the money we spent for the three nights!!
Great locale and condo. Highly recommend.
This was the first time we stayed in Palm Coast. This is a premier Florida location. This is one of the best beaches in the state clean and nice color. There were five adults and two children. Plenty of room for everybody. Condo was clean and well-kept except for the vertical blinds that some of them showed need repairing. The location is great. It is only about a block or less from the beach. Good boardwalk. Plenty of places to eat and recreate. The only negative is the late arrival time that is required 4 PM and the early departure which is 10 AM. I recommend that this be changed to 3 PM arrival and 11 AM departure consistent with other hotel stays.
Beautiful and well maintained. Fantastic location. Highly recommend!
Condo was clean and well maintained, though there were a few items that needed attention (broken chair and coffee maker). Beautiful views and the sound of the surf was ever present and wonderful! We had a little trouble finding our building at night - bldng numbers are high up and not well lit so hard to see from the car. Minor stuff though - we would definitely stay here again.
