Laura and I have a small company in Kingston Ontario. We have three boys and two dogs. We had rented cottages in various places for years, but carting all of our stuff around became too much. We love the cottage and the area of Tremblant. Our blood pressure drops 10% as soon as we arrive. Since we can't spend all of our time up here we thought we could share it with others, at least a few weeks a year.
Owner purchased this Chalet in 2009
Why Owner chose Mont-Tremblant
You will be comfortable and relaxed. It is close enough to the resort (8 minutes) that you are never far away from anything, but when you come back to relax, its all waiting for you.
What makes this Chalet unique
You really do just need to bring your kit and food. That's all. We love to cook, eat and converse with friends. My issues with typical rentals: the beds were crap, and the crockery was crap, and there were never any spices or things you needed. That will not be your issue here. Its plug and play.

Spacious chalet with amazing views!
One of the best dog-friendly chalets we’ve ever rented! Lots of cottage charm with modern updates. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus our dog. Be prepared with a good vehicle in the winter months...the chalet is perched at the very end of a pretty hilly road. Thank you Norm! We had a great stay and we plan to be back!
Dream rental in the mountains!
Our family just returned from staying at this gorgeous chalet. The chalet overlooks a lake and mountains. As the desciption states, the owner , Norm, has thought of everything. Norm was easily contacted and answered all our questions which made booking very easy. The chalet is clean, extremely well equipped and stunningly furnished. We also appreciated that we could bring our well trained Golden Retriever on this trip thanks to Norm.
We loved being so close to bike paths, hiking trails, Mount Tremblant, and all the conveniences needed were a 5 min drive to St. Jovite. I would highly recommend this rental property!
A real find.
This property balances just the right mix of old Laurentian chalet style charm with all of the appropriate updates and conveniences. Ideally located just north of St Jovite with all it has to offer, but equally as convenient to the south side of Tremblant. The biggest pluses are THE MOST comfortable upstairs beds in any rental we've ever had plus an exceptionally equipped kitchen. Outside and inside views of Tremblant and sunsets are spectacular. While admiring the view from the second floor deck we were treated to a surprise visit by 8 or 9 deer all at once. Owner Norman is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
Great pet friendly chalet in Tremblant
We very much enjoyed our stay. The chalet is well equipped, with a great view and decent location 15 minutes from the mountain. Norman was very easy to deal with and helpful when needed. Great for dogs too!
A slice of heaven for sure!
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful chalet for our wedding anniversary and couldn't have picked a more relaxing spot. The chalet is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Don't even get me started on the beds, we wanted to take the one in the master bedroom home! If you're looking for a cozy place to stay in Tremblant, just minutes away from all of the action, don't look any further than here. Thanks Laura and Norm!
We stayed at the chalet for a week in mid-August. It was a peaceful retreat for our family of four and small dog. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay, is close to Centre Village (5 minute drive) and pedestrian village at Mont Tremblant (15 minutes). The area has a lot to offer as a year round resort, we went white water rafting, horseback riding, hiking to name a few activities. We would definitely love to go back to ski in the winter as well. Norm was super helpful too!
