Completed in July, 2014, this former 1920s garage on a historic property on Pine Street has been converted into a luxury 550 square foot separate guest house in the heart of downtown Boulder.
The downtown location (2 blocks from Pearl Street) is steps away from Boulder’s acclaimed restaurants and pedestrian mall. You will be a short distance from stunning hiking trails and Boulder’s popular creek path. We provide cruiser bikes during your stay to enjoy the local sights of Boulder and the beautiful outdoor scenery. Leave your car behind and enjoy all of Boulder’s downtown attractions from this central location.
Pine Guest House details: Enter through 1920's carriage doors into an open floor plan on one level with living area, built-in king bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and kitchen. The Pine Guest House is a mix of contemporary design with industrial accents--reclaimed wood, steel and concrete are combined with up-to-date guest house amenities. The kitchen and bedroom walls are textured with board formed concrete; a custom farm table is fabricated from wood from a historic Colorado mine; the bathroom is appointed with classic white subway tile and a custom wood vanity. This rich mix of elemental materials combines contemporary and historic styles, bringing past and present together.
The Pine Guest House provides many up-to-date amenities. There is a 50” HD flat screen TV with cable and access to hundreds of streaming movies. There is wi-fi and a Sonos music system. The open kitchen with walnut countertop has a dishwasher, a cooktop and a built in refrigerator. The floors are polished concrete with radiant floor heating for cold winter days; an A/C system keeps it cool in the heat of the summer. The king bed in a sleeping nook is appointed with fine linens. We have included a Nespresso maker for your morning coffee.

SHORT TERM RENTAL LICENSE
Our property meets all of the requirements of Boulder's new short term rental ordinance, including a valid license to operate as a short term rental (RHL 2014-00045). A 7.5% accommodations tax is now required by the City of Boulder for all short term stays (under 30 days).
Cancellation of reservation can be made 30 days prior to Check-in-Date will receive a refund, minus a $100.00 booking fee.
In the case of cancellations made after 30 days of Check-in-Date, owner retains all rental fees, unless the property can be rebooked.
Owner occupies main house on property.

Check out: 11am
(Owner will accommodate early check in or late check out based on availability)
No additional overnight guests without prior approval.
No pets allowed without prior approval.
Please remove shoes inside the guest house.
No parties at the guest house unless prior written notice is approved.
No smoking in the guest house.
