It was great... We will be back again!!!!!!!!!!!
The house was just fine. It had enough room and was local to where we were going most of the time. Sarah was very flexible with our stay, which we appreciated very much. Thanks again!
Thank you Linda! It was great to have you back again and hope you can come again.

Great location, in close proximity to family. Great space!
Perfect house for us! Very comfortably fit the 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. My nephews were very excited to have WiFi and Netflix!
Cozy cottage, wonderful amenities!
This home is bigger than it looks. My husband and I and our 4 adult children stayed here with room to spare. It is centrally located between the beach on Moose Pond and the association pool, both only a 6-10 minute walk. Everyone we met in the association was very friendly and accommodating. The cottage is also only maybe a 10 minute drive from downtown Bridgton with its lovely shops, a movie theater/pub and a Hannaford grocery store. The house is well equipped with linens and a nice kitchen. There is an outdoor grill and a fire pit but we never used it. Sarah the owner was very responsive and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is the house is a bit dark inside because of all of the trees on the lot.
This home is perfect!!!!!!!
I've had a great time in Bridgton staying at this home. It is cozy and also larger than it looks from the outside. The owners are wonderful and very flexible. I will be back again!
It had everything we needed!
Clean and tidy! Close to town, pool, lake and hiking trails. Plenty of room for our family. We were very pleased with our first VRBO rental.
Roomy, clean with access to wonderful facilities.
The house is very roomy (at times we had 7 adults and 2 children), clean and well-equipped. We had a couple of rainy periods and we made good use of some of the board games provided to entertain my grandchildren. The back yard is cleared of trees but is a bit overgrown.
The swimming pool is a short walk away (about a nine minute walk) or a very short drive and it is fabulous!! A very large pool plus a small kiddy pool that is very beautifully maintained. We all loved spending time at the pool. It was never crowded. There is also a nice play ground. The tennis court is near the pool. We didn't use it this time, but it also looked very well maintained.
The beach and boat area at Moose Pond is a slightly longer walk but a very quick drive. A very nice boat launch area and very pretty. We used the double kayak that is included in the rental. There is a beautiful beach/swimming area with a volley ball net. Beautiful view of Pleasant Mountain ski area from the beach. I was a bit put off by how swampy the area around the beach was but we ventured in any way and were pleasantly surprised that the footing was sandy and firm and not mucky.
I called and/or texted Sarah a couple of times with some questions. She was always available and responsive and was very flexible in response to some of our changing plans.
I was already very familiar with the town of Bridgton but for those who are not, it is a very lovely town with a good mix of shops, restaurants, a great bookstore and movie theater. Thankfully we didn't need it, but there is a also a hospital in town which is nice to know.
In short, we loved it and would certainly return.
