You can enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the spacious balcony. You will love the roomy living area with the vaulted ceiling and stunning views of the emerald green waters. The open floor plan of the living area makes it easy to relax together after a long day at the beach.

You have all the modern conveniences of home in the fully equipped kitchen and ample seating at the breakfast bar and dining area for 8. Relax in the comfortable living room enjoying the sea breeze and listening to the gentle waves of the Gulf of Mexico as it lulls you to sleep after a long day at the beach.
Eastern Shores 213 is on the 3rd floor of a 3 story non-elevator building. The first level has a king bedroom, full bath, and living room and kitchen. The second level(loft area) has a king bedroom, full bathroom, and a twin bedroom.
Each bedroom has a flat screen television. The 32 inch television in the twin bedroom in the loft area has easy access to connect any game systems that you might bring with you.
We make it easy for you to relax on the beach with free beach service (1 umbrella and 2 chairs) provided for guests staying in this unit. Due to limited parking, there is only ONE vehicle allowed during your reservation dates to be parked in the Eastern Shores parking lot, parking passes are required. Additional parking is available at the Emerald Waters Realty parking lot for your stay, if you bring more than ONE vehicle.
Eastern Shores is on the Western side of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach making it a quick bike ride from many restaurants. It is 2.8 miles away from Seaside and 6.1 miles from Rosemary Beach. Pier Park is only a 25 minute drive and the Silver Sands Outlets in Sandestin are only 18 miles away.
There is plenty to do along Scenic highway 30A. You can rent bikes and ride to Seaside. You can rent paddleboards and kayaks and spend the day enjoy the beautiful green waters of the Gulf or explore the ecosystem of our unique dune lakes.

Would Have Given 5 Star Rating if not for Negative Experience
I would have given this condo an excellent rating if it haven't been for the negative experience with the HOA over the golf cart situation. If you plan on renting a golf cart when you come for your vacation do not rent this condo. They are not allowed in Eastern shores. We rented a golf cart and already paid for it. We were given towing stickers daily. This made for a somewhat stressful experience to our vacation. As well as, The man who maintains the umbrella company this condo uses. He was rude. He informed us in a rude manor that we were responsible should the umbrella blow away. Creating another stressful situation that made us worry about the the umbrella blowing away every time we had it open. Because of these negative experiences we will not be staying here again or recommending this condo to anyone else.
Having said all that, the condo was very nice and clean. It was spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing! Towels were well stocked and beds comfortable.
The real estate company was top notch and a pleasure to deal with. When we called them about our frustration with the golf cart they acted quickly and helped to solve the problem. We will look to this real estate company in the future for other condos but not in the Eastern Lake area because of the ban against golf carts. This was my kids favorite memory in the past and we wanted to continue the tradition. Should the condo owners change umbrella companies and the HOA drop the ban on golf carts we would stay here again.
We loved the location of this condo. It is in Seagrove but the beach isn't overly crowded and the lake being close was perfect for the kids to play in. The condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kids loved the twin "nook" area with the television to play video games on. The views from the deck are excellent and the sunsets are amazing. We will be back!

We require a 30% prepayment at the time of booking with the final payment due 30
days before the day of arrival. You can cancel before the final payment is due and
receive initial payment back minus the $80 admin fee. We do not refund for any
reason within 30 days of arrival. We strongly suggest trip insurance.
All reservations have additional fees & charges; Registration / Admin Fee $80,
Non-refundable Damage Waiver of $20, covers up to $1500 of accidental damages,plus
Departure Fee $115, Sales Tax of 11% is added to above totals.
