This two bedroom unit has a master suite right on the beach with HUGE BALCONY!!!

Our beautiful two bedroom condo has a master suite on the beach side and a separate bedroom for adult guests or the children. Complete renovation in off season. The master bedroom comes with a King size bed and double sinks in the master bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a full over full bunk. The living room has a new sectional installed in the off season. All linens are 500 count and all towels are thick and plush like those found in a true 5 star hotel. The condo can easily sleep 7 people with complete comfort and comes with rollaway beds for the extra guest that wants to enjoy the beach with your family. The unit comes with dishwasher, hand, and.clothes soaps. The unit comes with a full sized washer and dryer. The condo is located on the 14th floor which provides the peace and quiet of being higher in the building while allowing breathtaking views and wonderful sounds of the beach from your Master Suite, Master Balcony, and/or Living Room Balcony. I have owned a condo in Seychelles now for 5 years and the experience of working with guests who stay in our condo Seychelles 1405 has been so very rewarding. I truly love the conversations with the guests, helping them to set up their vacations. We are truly touched when they leave and report they have had a blast with memories for a lifetime. That is just one of the reasons my wife and I have purchased this unit. It is a beautiful condo that matches the beauty of the Emerald Coast. You will love our place because we truly have tried to think of everything. Finally, let me assure you I have employed the best cleaning service on the beach. So, you will see immediately that we mean clean, clean, and more clean.

We are Arleen and Jay Cooper. We live in Little Rock Arkansas and have always dreamed of owning a condo at the beach in Panama City Beach Florida. A dear friend of mine and I purchased this together with the excitement of great vacations there and providing a great place for our guests to come and visit.

This property is special because the Master faces the beach. You have your own quiet time just outside your private sliding glass door. The children can go to their room for the night and you and your loved one can open the sliding glass door and sit on your balcony in total privacy and live a totally romantic evening. In addition, this condo is special because it is so clean and new. The furniture is more like home and makes you feel like you are truly in your home rather than a stuffy hotel suite. The children will love it because they have their own room. This is particularly important if the kids are teenagers and just want some privacy to laugh with their friends.

The unique benefits of this property and condo are that they are so close to the beautiful State Park, fishing right across the street, trails to run and jog, a great restaurant next door that is family oriented with live entertainment nightly and great food for all ages. The condo itself is safe, clean and secure with 24 hour security and security gates to protect you and your family.

You say feel free to leave a little note about our vacation. But I ask you how to wrap something so amazing into just a few little words? You can't! I truely believe this is the first time Ive exhaled in 18 years and it felt so good to breathe again. The sounds, the smell, the view. God Blessed your family abundantly and I am so thankful you share it with all of us. I am sure that everyone that stays here will forever have an imprint in their heart. If they don't then they did something wrong. You know this is the first vacation that I didnt take one picture. Somehow I feel there is no picture that could do it justice. But no worries, I'll remember everything and if I start to forget, I will come back. Thank you so much for making our vacation more than I could have ever dreamed of. God Bless you and your family. Quiet week at the beach!

I have stayed in many individual condos within Seychelles over the years. I have to say that this condo was the best one I have ever stayed in. It was really nice. The condo has obviously been re-decorated and re-done lately with new kitchen, appliances, flooring in the bedroom and furniture throughout. It really felt like a home. The furnishings ( both furniture and the kitchen setup), was solid and higher in quality than most places. The Condo was very very clean. The evenings on the balcony were really nice with comfortable chairs and a small table. Thanks for a great stay... we will be back.

Lovely beachside property

I have stayed at Seychelles numerous times, but this was the first that I rented the property directly from the owner. MUCH easier process and it was great getting a prompt response if I had a question about anything.

This space is located on the 14th floor, which in my opinion, is high enough to afford a spectacular view of the beach, and eliminate some of the noise that can be heard in lower level properties, but not so high that it was uncomfortable (I don’t realky care for heights!)

The owners, Jay and Arleen Cooper were very gracious hosts and had the unit stocked with everything that could possibly be needed. It was super clean too, which is a major plus!

I would highly recommend this unit to others for their Panama City Beach vacation 👌🏻✨🌅

Condo was cleaned well and had all you need. Communication from owner was outstanding and they were extremely helpful. One of our best vacations as far as the condo was concerned. Highly recommend.

Beautiful relaxing views from balcony and master bedroom. Was able to sit on balcony every morning and enjoy my coffee and breakfast and take in the relaxing sounds of the ocean and views. All the accommodations you need like the comforts of home. Easy access to parking and pool /beach access. Restaurants and shopping close by.
