2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Condo, Sleeps Up to Six.

Lovely condo located close to everything. Fully furnished. Two bedrooms (Queen bedroom and twin (2 beds) bedroom) both with private baths, queen sofa sleeper and half bath on the main level. A washer and dryer are located in the condo. the kitchen is fully appointed with small appliances, dishes and cookware. There are two decks with limited views of West Bay which is across the street. F&M Park is across the street to the south and the TART recreational Trail is is just outside the drive for convenient biking and walking. Cable HD TV and wireless Internet are provided. You will have an assigned parking spot and there is additional free over flow parking near by. This is a non-smoking and no pet property.

Loved the location (easy walk to downtown Traverse City, beach, lovely neighborhoods) and the comfortable accommodations. Owners were responsive to our questions and any concerns (had issues with VRBO --NOT the hosts!!). Would definitely stay again!

I was very pleased with my stay. The condo is in a great location and was perfect for my stay.

From the start Renee was a wonderful host, ensuring I arrived without issue. Upon arrival I was glad to find the condo was spacious with two levels, yet comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay and If I ever return to Traverse City I will definitely look to stay at the condo.

excellent 6 month stay

This was an excellent, clean, close to downtown condo that we felt comfortable and safe in while waiting for our condo to be built. We are very happy we rented from Renee, who is very professional and easy to work with. The experience was very good, and we would highly recommend this rental. We walked to downtown nearly every day in the nicer weather, the location is excellent, and the condo is fully equipped with everything you would need.
