This cape escape villa is exquisitley decorated, it offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The master suite hosts a king size bed, two large walkin closets, a extra large master bathroom, his & her sinks & granite counters. The slider door opens out to the lani. The other bedrooms have walkin closets with queen size beds, each room has a tv. The one bedroom also has a slider door that opens to the lani. The great room is very open and spacious with a wall unit that host the large tv and dvd player. The leather couches are extremely comfortable. The three large glass doors open up to enjoy the lani. The great room opens to the dining room and can seat 6 to 8 people. The kitchen has new appliances, granite counter tops and additional dining table that you can enjoy the view of the canal. The second bathroom is a full bath with a door that goes to the lani also. The large screened lani is over sized with a lounge area with chairs and loungers to enjoy, the pool has an water falls, and also is tatestfully decorated. A large table with 6 chairs . The lani also has a large cooler & fridge & barbeque . From the lani you can see views of the 150 ft canal and sit on the 20x 20 dock, enjoy the fishing or just the georgious sunsets. Their are many palms and a fence with palms all along f0r privacy. This beauty has it all. If you want all the comforts and luxury, this is it. This home is immaculate.

What makes this house unique

We fell in love with the view of the 150 ft canal and we are gulf access. We are living in a boaters paradise. We love our home, its quiet and we have wonderful neighbors from different places. We enjoy fishing and watching the sunsets. The view from two of the bedrooms are breathtaking, we have 3 large slider doors that open to pocket doors. The large lani makes for lots of room. The heated pool is wonderful to enjoy in the evenings, watch the fish jumping. All of ours friends enjoy our home, & we entertain a lot on the large lani, plenty of seating for everyone .We are very close to Cape Harbor. Music & fine dining.

WOW!!!

We vacationed at this home from June 12 to 19th...3 adults and 2 children. From the time we booked our vacation until the moment we left, the owner and property manager were amazing! We received tons of tips on things to do with the kids, where to eat, and the nicest beaches. The property manager met us there on arrival and was so informative and answered all of our questions. In fact, the few times we had a question during our stay, the property manager always answered us back within minutes. The home was spotlessly clean and the decor was beautiful. The lenei was huge and spotless. Plenty of seating and lounging. Plenty of toys and floats for the kids to enjoy...we were hardly inside the house with so much to do right outside! They have a dock out back where you can fish or just enjoy a well deserved glass of wine at night, and watch the fish jumping out of the water or the sunset...beautiful! The owners had every accommodation and more to make our stay just as comfortable as home. Definitely will be coming back next year!!!

Lovely and a definite 5 star!

My husband and I loved the accommodations from the moment we arrived. The on site manager and her husband were extremely informative and very friendly and helpful. The house was immaculate and the decor was lovely. We were a short drive to a nice little beach that was not crowded and my husband could fish off of. The house had everything you could possibly need inside and out. My husband was close to a nice golf course and the Marina was fun to visit on several occasions. Shopping was close by, within walking distance or biking, We were somewhat nervous about booking thru VRBO thru the internet for the first time but everything worked like a charm. The pictures on line were exactly as they appear and all the amenities were as listed. Would highly recommend this lovely home.

A Fantastic Place to Stay in Cape Coral

My wife, 2 adult children and I arrived in Cape Coral on Dec 26th and stayed to Jan 2nd. As others have already stated, the home is beautifully decorated, very clean and has all the amenities you will need to have a relaxing time away. For our family, the pool, dock, canal, BBQ and all the outdoor chairs, tables etc. made staying at the house the preference rather than going out. And of course, the amenities inside are fabulous as well. The Publix Grocery store is a 7 minute walk and everything you require is there or at the small mall located beside Publix. Restaurants are close by and the Marina is a 5 minute drive. Just a really beautiful home in which to relax. The owner and her property Manager are very nice people and easy to talk to. We are already planning our return visit. You cannot go wrong here.

Beautiful home at the end of an intercoastal canal.

My wife and I have stayed at this property several times over the past few years. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean and has just about everything needed for preparing gourmet meals inside or on the grill. The sunsets at one end of the canal every evening and are breathtaking. Very good fishing off the dock during the day and night. It is located close to cape harbor as well as a publix shopping market and numerous fine restaurants. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the pool and lanai are large and include more chairs than will probably be used. The property owners were extremely easy to deal with and responsive to our concerns. We would highly reccommend this property.

Awesome home location and all the amenities

This home is elegantly decorated all the amenities that you never would believe are here. The location, decor and the beauty are totally outstanding. This Gulf Access Cape Escape Villa Beauty is located in a very desirable and quiet SW Cape Coral area, just around the corner From the Spectacular Cape Harbor, which has high end waterfront restaurants, coffee shops, bars and live music every Tuesday evening at the cabana bar. Their are two beaches, Cape Coral Beach is within 2.5 miles & offers a pier with a restaurant. Fort Myers Beach is located approx. 15 miles, with every amenity, watch for dolphins as you walk the pier, enjoy many restaurants and little shop, enjoy jet-skiing, parasailing, banana boat rides,enjoy music on the beach as you walk along collecting your favorite shells, Sanibel Island is 15 miles, which is a beautiful beach for shelling. There are 3 different Golf courses within 3-5 miles. There are many different kinds of restaurants for everyone to enjoy. The groceries store are within walking distance, as are the pharmacy & health care center.
