The White Sands oceanfront beach house is all about amazing views and white sandy beaches. With over four thousand square feet of beach living, this family home comfortably sleeps eight with four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Indoor amenities include two ocean front living areas on two floors with floor to ceiling glass, a gourmet kitchen with food and entertainment bar, indoor BBQ and entertainment room, formal dining room and a circular stairway to a roof top deck. An elevator to the second floor adds easy access for those that need it.

Outdoors, you are surrounded by an exotic wood deck which boasts conversation seating and lounging, a six person spa, and a fire glass fire pit. You are connected to the private Solimar coast with your own stairway to the beach. Right out front is one of the most sand blessed beaches in the area. Enjoy the Grunion runs, fishing, surfing, boogie boarding and kayaking. The Solimar surf break is right out your back door. This is a private community with limited beach access. You get to enjoy the privacy of beachfront living without the crowds. Other community amenities include two tennis courts, a kids play area, multiple private beach access points, and plenty of private biking.

Insanely wonderful!

What a wonderful vacation! Great location and the manager was amazingly accommodating and really took care of our every need. The deck is unbeatable and I can't imagine a home providing more view than this one. Main Street Ventura was just a few exits away and a fun little excursion, though you won't want to leave this property except to stroll on the sand...
