KONA SEA RIDGE G22 IS A 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH TOP FLOOR CONDO WITH OCEAN VIEW
All brand new ! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the top floor of a building with only 3 other units. Beautiful ocean and mountain views greet you from every window.
Kona Sea Ridge is a gated community about 1 mile from the main part of Kailua village where you can find many restaurants, shops, attractions and seasonal festivities. Also nearby are a few beaches including Honl's, La Aloa, and Kahalu'u where you can snorkel, picnic, sunbathe and swim.
On Hawaii Island we have countless destinations for you no matter what your preferences! Like to be active? Try hiking through Kileaua Volcano on one of the many varied trails. Maybe paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling or diving in our crystal clear gem of an ocean. Excitement your style? How about deep sea fishing for that marlin grander, parasailing, hang gliding, ATV or horseback tours or a helicopter sightseeing flight?
For the culinary tastes of our island lifestyle, we have too many restaurants to even begin to mention. From local bento plates, ethnic foods, and fine dining at one of the large resorts or the well-known Kona Inn here in town, you'll also find plenty of great food. Since your condo has a full kitchen fully equipped you can prepare your own meals as often as you want. There is a BBQ area near the pool as well.
Our condo has 3 bedrooms: Master with a king bed and a TV and private bath, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and the third bedroom with twin beds. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
Kona Sea Ridge has a 30 day minimum reservation requirement.

Space is filled with light, comfortably roomy and secure. Would definitely use again.
Pristine setting, great view, nice condo
Perfect spot, great ocean & sunset view, and far enough from Alii drive that there is no road noise. The condo was clean and functional. Everything worked fine. We would definitely stay here again!
This spacious home is a wonderful and comfortable vacation dream! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and gorgeous ocean views. The location is ideal for staying and eating locally or for connecting to the main highway to take you to the other destinations of the Big Island. It was great to arrive and find such a clean and full-amenity unit to call home during our visit to Kona. Mahalo nui loa for making our time on the Big Island so relaxing with full of the aloha spirit!
This condo is located in an awesome location. The beautiful sunset views over the ocean from the balcony are spectacular. Very quiet and peaceful. Reasonably priced with a fully furnished kitchen. We saved a bundle in food cooking with all the amenities. Very convenient to have its own washer and dryer as well. We will definitely stay here again.
