About Owner / Property Manager
I hike a lot with my 2 wonderful dogs, ski and generally enjoy the mountains. I live in Taos, NM full-time and often visit Denver to see family and friends. My property manager is a close friend, Denver based, and she is sure to take great care of you!

Why Owner / Property Manager chose Speer
This house is so easy for getting around Denver, plus getting out to the Front Range in 20 minutes. Lots of great restaurants, museums, shopping, and city parks within .25-1 mile. You can walk to neighborhood restaurants and grocers. You can jump on the bus one block away, or rent a bike (6 blocks away) and take it around town. My house is family and dog friendly, well kept, very clean, and stocked with typical household needs. The neighborhood is treelined, fairly quiet, neighbors are friendly and helpful. House faces south - gets lot of natural light, and has a relic gas fireplace that keeps you warm in the winter!
What makes this House unique
Historic neighborhood, centrally located, public transportation. Enjoy the homeowner's simple yet comfortable home, homeowner's artwork, sitting on the front steps, and the house's original wood flooring, tile, and Spanish tile roof (Ludwig from Italy then Chicago, IL - check out the family history!), and the quaint backyard.

Awesome home in an amazing neighborhood
This was our first trip to Denver and it could not have been better. Chris, the host, made everything smooth and easy. The home is a 2BR/2BA 1930's bungalow that is wonderfully updated and the charm was preserved. 2 block walk in any direction gets you in front of great restaurants. Trader Joe's is a short 2 block walk. We will be back!!!
Love The Little House
The Little House is in a great location in Cap Hill with restaurants/bars just a few blocks away. The house was well appointed and much roomier than it looked in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked in case you wanted to stay home and cook....Trader Joe's was a few blocks away. Chris was very responsive and easy to work with and we will definitely book this house again!
Great House and Location
This house is perfectly located in Denver and was extremely well kept and clean. Chris made check in and out easy and was available for any questions we had. You can walk to several great restaurants and coffee shops, and the designated parking spot is a huge plus. I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone thinking about renting it!
nice neighborhood, comfy home
2 bedrooms in small house with updated amenities. I felt safe in the neighborhood, lots of dog walkers and parks nearby. walking distance to several restaurants. Older home with 'squeaky hard wood floors' and cute features. Owner did a great job of adding amenities - updated bath, nice linens, comfy beds... Parking is limited - nice to have a designated spot in drive way. Yard is small but works for letting dogs out. Perfect for what we were looking for. Only TV in basement living area was nice for just having space to talk and read a book by the fireplace upstairs.
Great place to stay. Surprisingly quite a lot of space when you factor in the basement. Well stocked kitchen (plates, pans, utensils, etc.) Very close proximately to downtown and the #6 Bus, which takes you to and from downtown.
Property is in a great location especially for downtown and all of the sights. It was well maintained and comfortable. It was perfect for four women attending a wedding! Great price for a two bedroom, two bath in this location. Texas folks not used to "swamp coolers"...but we learned.
