About Angie Anderson

Chris & Angie Anderson live in the area where we own and manage 4 cabins ourselves, overseeing them to make sure everything is first class.

Angie Anderson purchased this cabin in 2015

Why Angie Anderson chose Gatlinburg

We chose Rippling Waters, because we loved the fact it has a stream running through the property and is semi privately located in the mountain. It's easy to get to and easy to get to all the attractions in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

What makes this cabin unique

Rippling Waters is convenient to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Minutes away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Wonderful Cabin!

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was very spacious and updated. The location was perfect - secluded enough to feel like a private get-away, but close enough to Gatlinburg to enjoy all of the attractions, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!

tree huggin` and more..

We love love love the cool green tree and creek location of

Rippling Waters. It was a perfect location for trees, water , quiet, wild life ,hot dogs, hot tub and porch swingin`.

This cottage is so functional and comfortable. It felt like we were far far away... where only trees grow and bears play. We were .8 mile from the Gatlinburg Visitor Center : we were very near many day hike trail heads with parking as well as downtown services and attractions.

W e are going back ... very soon.

Vacationing with a Twist

  • 5 of 5

What a great relaxing cabin. My husband and I visited Pigeon Forge several years ago and committed to visiting Gatlinburg if/when we ever got back to the Smokys. This cabin was just what I was looking for....great outdoor noise of rippling water, porch and swing, and trees trees trees. It was exactly what my husband was looking for....TVs in all rooms, kitchen, BBQ, AC, room to spread out, and a comfy recliner for napping. We both loved the open spacious layout, windows, views, great proximity to both cities and all the cabin amenities even though we didn't use many of them (washer/dryer, hot tub, jacuzzi, swimming pool, tennis court). We shopped and sampled lots of wine and moonshine. Visited the Aquarium, Muscle Car Museum, and Sky Lifted. For two lazy days we plastic-wrapped the dining table and (bear with me...this is rated "G")...and we painted. We're extreme opposites and don't have much time together and he proposed finding mutually inspiring pictures and painting together. What a great memory and we now have beautiful pieces of art to remind us of our time enjoying each others company in Rippling River. Now going back to the "Bear with Me" comment...yes, there are bears. I saw one in the woods one evening during my reading on the porch. My unbelieving husband converted to a believer when he saw one strolling down the road as we were packing to leave. It's the mountains and Bears Happen and the sightings made the trip even that much more special knowing we were in nature. Next visit to the Smokys....we won't need to shop for a cabin, this cabin and community exceeded our expectations.
