Our A+ rated two bedroom, two bathroom deluxe penthouse condominium is located on the top floor where sweeping coastline and ocean views can be enjoyed from the large lanai which connects to the living room and the master bedroom.
The unit has been completely renovated with tile and bamboo flooring, and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms and on the lanai as well as optional central air conditioning at $10/night. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We do have an air mattress if requested. The large lanai table seats six, providing a great place to enjoy the sweeping ocean view and the sound of breaking surf. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, and there are extra linens and towels. TV's are in the living room and both bedrooms.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

The Royal Sea Cliff is a beautiful, well maintained ocean front property with seven acres of gardens featuring a stream and water fall. There are two ocean front pools, a spa, three BBQ areas, a tennis court, and a game room. One of the pools is designated a quiet area. The property has four elevators and secure covered parking. You are welcome to enjoy free entertainment and pupus by the pool two nights a week. A movie is shown at the pool after dark on Thursday evenings. There is an Expedia desk in the lobby available to book your adventure activities. The complex is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Kailua Kona. No Smoking in the unit or on the lanai is allowed by the property management. A designated smoking area is off of the 3rd floor.
