Great Condo for a family

great location on collines ave. the building is very nice, with good amenities. the pool is great, and beach pristine. 15 min by car to downtown SoBe. shops and restaurants nearby, some walking distance. the condo is clean and simple, and has everything you might need. parking is easy on a designated spot in the basement. overall, highly recommended.

Great experience, the property is as per the promise

Fantastic stay. The property is as per the description. All was functional and working. Beautiful sea view from the balcony.the location is central Miami Beach but still in a quite and beautiful residence, all renovated.the lobby is being finished right now. The pool area is great with a direct access to the beach with your own sun bed! Finally you have a reserved undergroung parking lot with direct access to your building, this is luxury. The owner is directly accessible if needed, Mr Moreno was very responsive and always tries to help. Thank you this was so great.

Home away from home

Spacious apartment suitable for a family. Older apartment building, in the middle of an upgrade currently. Boarded floor in lifts, carpet removed in public hallways. No sound of tradesmen while we were there. No convenience store onsite whole upgrade is in progress. So remember to buy your toilet paper and soap before you arrive. Clean apartment, well furnished and comfortable. Bathrooms are a bit tired, but in good working order. Good shower pressure. Fantastic to have parking on site included in room rate. Weather was too cold to use the pool while there, but we went to look at it - looks great. Well equipped gym too. Very happy with our stay.

They are open everyday from 7am to 10pm, you didn't tell me about that, I could have help! Thanks for taking care of the apartment, you are good guests and I will recommend you for future rentals!!
