Horizon South unit 60-203 is newly renovated with tile flooring throughout the unit and updated furniture in the living room. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach access, this unit is perfectly located in the Horizon South Complex.

Located on the 2nd floor , this one bedroom plus bunks, one and a half bath condo features all the amenities of home. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing all your meals. This unit is furnished with updated furniture and has a distinct beach feel. The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, flat screened TV and DVD player. The private balcony just off the living room provides gulf views and is a relaxing space for enjoying some of the world's most beautiful sunsets.

The master bedroom is a full bedroom with a King sized bed with high quality mattress. This bedroom has a private sink and adjoins the full bathroom. There is a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Built in twin bunk beds are located in the hallway.

Horizon South has (4) pools which are heated seasonally. The south pool is just steps from this unit. Guests can relax in the hot tubs or spend some time on the tennis courts, challenge each other to shuffle board and enjoy putt-putt which are all located in this gated community.

This unit is pet friendly up to 20 pounds, so feel free to bring your family dog along on your vacation. Pier Park, only 2 miles away from Horizon South, has a dog friendly beach and a features shopping, dining and entertainment. Situated in the center of Panama City Beach, you are just moments away from championship golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and Gulf World Marine Park. Horizon South is a 15 minute drive to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).

Complimentary WiFi is now available in the condo and onsite at the onsite clubhouse.

Horizon South also has several pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, a shuffle board and putt-putt on the grounds. Housekeeping will provide the initial supply of trash can liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, soap, shampoo & conditioner. Guests are responsible for these supplies once they are used. Reservation includes amenity program that features unlimited VIP Access to Cobra Adventure Park and Emerald Falls Family Recreation center. VIP access covers go-karts, bumper boats, putt-putt & rides. Arcade games & batting cages are not included in the amenity program.

Love Panama City Beach but disappointed with property

I would like to say we have never used a vacation rental in the past we always utilized hotels. With that in mind we had no idea what the procedures were. Upon arriving we knew it would be a tight fit but what we didn’t realize is how dirty it would be. We always remove our shoes when walking in a home so I had white socks and my daughter was barefoot by the time we got everything put away our feet and socks were black. Ok no problem it’s Christmas we will not let this ruin our trip. We found a nasty sponge mop and place a washcloth over it and used what we brought which was just all purpose spray. You could tell that it didn’t work very well so we decided to just live with it till the morning being that we arrived late at night. The house indicated it slept 6 which we were a party of 5 and an infant we knew two people would be sleeping on the pull out sofa what we didn’t know is that it would be discussing there was mold on the mattress cover and old molded food that fell through the cushions. We stripped it down and tried to disinfect the best we could they pulled on some linens. We then were playing cards before we tucked in for the night and placed the infant not saying more than 12 pounds on the bottom of the coffee table while holding her just to rest her feet and the bottom collapsed. Needless to say the company called me surprisingly after I had been trying to call them every day prior to my departure with no response indicating we had broken the coffee table, stained pillows (which we didn’t use because they were nasty and yellow) , and left a water mark on the dining table. The only thing I can’t say 100% we didn’t do is the dining table but when we left I did not see a stain on the table but then again we didn’t use it so I wouldn’t be able to say. Needless to say they did not return my full deposit nor did they refund my cleaning fee. I’m very disappointed with my first experience on renting a vacation home and not sure why I had to pay to have the place cleaned if it was not clean upon our arrival or pay for things we didn’t damage. But as they say lessons learned I would definitely recommend staying at PCB but not this rental

Owner's Response: We apologize for the inconveniences with your stay. We do not wish for guest to have problems with the arrival process or thier rented property. We strive to make all vacations pleasant and hope guests will continue to stay at our properties.The owner of this unit is very involved with their property and is always open for suggestions and address any updates or maintenance issues as reported. We also have an on on-call manager and maintenance staff available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist guests should any problems arise during a guest vacation. We understand your departure date was Christmas day, however, no items were reported to our offices for the duration of your stay or our staff would have addressed and resolved immediately. We provide welcome packets with information for your stay including an after hours number for our on-call manager. We also contact guest after every arrival to assure everything is satisfactory. Although your issues were found the evening of your arrival, we would have addressed that evening had we been made aware of the situation. Our management team did contact you after departure to make you aware of the items reported during your stay, which provides the opportunity to make us aware of any accidents that may have occurred. We understand you tried to report the items to our office on your departure day, however the onsite office was closed due to it being the Christmas holiday. Our management staff will look into these items based on your review and will follow up with you once we have had the opportunity to research the items further.

We love our stay here we always have a good time making memories it rained 3 days but any day at the beach is always good really sad when we have to leave.This condo is really clean and very beach theme.will be back next year.

This was our second stay in this condo. Great accommodations steps away from the pool and the beach. Balcony affords a beautiful view of the gulf. Resort complex is very nice with very friendly people. Feels like home!
