Two condominiums which are side by side. Total of two bedroom with two double beds each, large den, two patios with Ocean views, multiple TV with two restaurants,jacuzzi,

sauna and heated pool inside the building. Walk to the beach in just seconds. Surrounded by restaurants,entertainment centers and outdoor pools. Property includes a laxy river, a open green area for outside relaxing, a convenience store is inside the building and the Ocean Boulevard runs by the front of the building. Unit includes a full kitchen and two baths as well as a washer and dryer.

Spacious condo great location good price

This condo has lots of room, closets and storage. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Did not use stove but microwave worked. Buying own laundry detergent, tp and shampoo was expected at this price. Bath towels/washcloths supplied and plenty of small towels available at pool. Very nice stay.

Great location, close to restaurants, attractions and of course the beach.

Units are not new so a little bit showing it's age but comfortable. Was a surprise to us the main unit didn't have an oven, and the microwave didn't work but we managed by cooking most things on stovetop, and we ate out quite a bit. Location next to ocean more than made up for a few minor inconveniences. Lazy river, hot tub and indoor pool too were especially nice. Unit not as well equipped as I'm used to but then again, I own a vacation rental in the mountains and I seem to go overboard making sure I have all the conveniences of home and then some, for my guests. I tend to think it's more the management company that takes care of problems and not the owners, however everyone there was very friendly just a very busy place at times so I'm thinking that's why our reports went unattended. We managed and had a great time.

Terrible Expierence

Stay with me on this. First thing that went wrong on day one. Owner was suppose to call us with the code to get in. No call. Our phone number was blocked owner told us. So we went to look for unit. Lucky for us the condos door was ajar. (open) If condo was not open we would have spent the first night in our car. She the owner was sending us e-mails to our home computer. She was assuming we had a lap top and would get message about code for digital entry to condo. Not...

Condo is very dated. Furniture is okay at best. Fridge needs a major cleaning. Rusty/chipped enamel. And the second disaster was we could not use the sink stoppers in any of the sinks. All blocked up with sand and sea shells the plumber said. That was the second day.

After the plumbers left I cleaned up after them. I scrubbed the entire tile floor. If you would have seen the water after I was done. You would have been floored. Black... But wait it gets better. Micro wave quit working. Unplugged to have it reset itself. Didn't work. Left it unplugged over night. Okay in the morning.

Later the same day TV shut off while watching. Unplugged to reset. Came back on after about ten minutes. This was a reoccurring problem every day. Here the TV was over heating and the safety feature built into the set tripped the internal circuit breaker. This was according to the gentlemen from the home owners association that was sent to help. Thankful for that. We could have had a fire. Owner had new TV installed later the next day.

There seems to be a lot of unusually annoying wind noise that will keep you awake all night. Man from home owners association said its worse the higher you go.

Many small things need to be attended to. Patio doors should have screens so you can leave doors open. We had to buy our selves another set of dish rags and towels. No big deal. But condo should have enough for your length of stay. Should have a garbage disposal installed also.

TV is HD capable but owners do not subscribe to the programming. This should be standard in today market place.

We left 4 days early on my insistence because of the wind noise. I could not handle it at night.

All though the owners were attentive to the problems. It stills does not make for a good vacation. Too many problems...

I should have insisted on some sort of refund. Terrible all around experience

Would not go back if you paid us..

Enjoyed our vacation!

Right on the beach. Went down to the beach and watched the sunrise over the ocean everyday. Floor to ceiling windows, (sliding glass doors) on two full walls let in wonderful light in living area as well as one bedroom, and lead to two balconies with ocean views. Pictures online are up to date and show exactly how condo looks. Great convenient location. Owners very responsive to any questions we had. Clean comfort condo. Check out breakfast or lunch at newly opened Dino's at the resort. Good food, good service, and great ocean view. Nice large grassy area at resort to sit out oceanfront if you don't feel like getting sandy. Outdoor pool areas not opened yet but look like they will be soon. Weather is warming up !

Very, very dirty.

This place was filthy. We swept up a dust pan full of dirt and dust from the entry hall upon arrival. Owner advised it was from the recently installed combination locks on the entry door. The top of the refrigerator was thick with grease, dirt and dust. It was so disgusting. There was a lot of hair on the one bathroom floor. The filter in the coffee maker was growing mold. The dust and dirt around the furnace was unbelievable. And of course, every time the heat/air conditioner blew, it blew that dust everywhere. We complained to the owner on day of arrival. He did not send a cleaning crew until 14 days later. And they could not clean the furnace area as they advised HVAC would need to do that. They did, however, clean the closet doors for the furnace area that were very thick with dust/dirt. Needless to say, by this time, our vacation had been ruined. I don't think there was any way we were to be comfortable in there by this time. In fact, we left 5 days early as we could not tolerate the place any longer.

The heat/air did not work in the one bedroom. It got very cold some nights early in our stay. I bought a blanket and hooded sweat shirt for sleeping. Owner did have cleaners provide a space heater - 14 days after arrival.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Mattresses are worn.

We were very uncomfortable in this dirty unit. Although the owner did refund a portion of our rent, it still did not make up for our discomfort plus the fact that we left 5 days unused. I did not request a refund for these 5 days, although I wish I would have. We rented this unit for the month of Feb 2017. The location was great, weather could not have been better, but the deplorable condition of this unit ruined our stay.
