1 BR/1BA Beachfront Condo with a gorgeous ocean and mountain view.
Welcome to Paradise. This is a unique property, right after Kaanapali Beach, featuring this outstanding oceanfront unit with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Lanai and Molokai.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, cable TV, internet, Flat screen TVs, and a private lanai. Located in the quiet area of Kahana, this resort is nestled between Kaanapali and Kapalua which makes it easily accessible to receive the benefits of both areas.
Located on the best part of Kahana Beach, you can unwind as you swim in the warm ocean, stroll the beach at sunset or go snorkeling around the beautiful reef.
Watch the whales during the months of December through April while sitting on your lanai having breakfast, and watch the sea turtles swimming around poking their heads out of the ocean all year round.
On the ground level there is a heated fresh water pool and BBQ area near the base of the tower.
Each night, after Maui has shown you it's best, you'll fall into bed, feel the breezy trade winds and dream what you'll do tomorrow in paradise…
The perfect location for guests who desire quiet oceanfront accommodation, yet still want to be close to all the exciting activities in Kaanapali and historic Lahaina.
Our property manager lives within minutes of the condo and is always available for the guests' needs. Complimentary concierge services are also provided by Maui Vacation Adventures.
Minimum stay 7 days and 14 days during Holiday Season.
A/C Notes: This unit does not come with air conditioning but has ceiling fans and screen doors which can be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through the house. Occasionally we do not have trade winds for few days and the hottest times of the year are Jul-Sep.

Awesome view, but no air conditioning and needs updating
Very hot and muggy indoors and no way to cool down. Things inside are falling apart. But the view is totally worth it.
The views are just as described. Two balconies. Only the one off the living room allows for sitting. My favorite part of the trip was watching whales from the lanai! The unit is at the end of the hall and we never had anyone walk by, it was very quiet. There is no air conditioning but there is a cool fan, and if you open the front door the breeze is great. There are mirrors everywhere, which was fine by me. It made the apartment feel really big. I did find a pair of ladies underwear in the couch, and had to wash the towels in the closet because they had an aweful smell. The concierge was really nice and responded to texts quickly. Would definitely stay here again!
Great oceanfront location and well appointed
Beach has undergone some erosion and Valley Isle and adjoining resorts are working on recapturing the sand. Also some construction on the north side. Both were small issues relative to the beautiful view, great swimming and pure, sweet air.
As advertised - and more
Stayed nine nights over February-March 2017. This place is a great value for the location (Kahana), which is a quieter stretch of West Maui between the busier Kaanapali and Napili/Kapalua.
This is an end unit on the ninth floor, which means: (1) quieter, away from the elevator, (2) nobody walking by your front door (which you're likely to leave open with the screen in place to take advantage of the lovely cross-breeze), (3) beautiful light from your side and front windows (most units will not have side windows), (4) minimally obstructed views (other units in the south wing may have their sunset view blocked by the building's west wing, depending on time of year).
View is lovely, facing the island of Lanai, from both living room and bedroom (and really the kitchen, too). We had perfect sunsets from the balcony, clouds permitting. Unit comes equipped with binoculars for whale watching, and we saw hundreds of whales -- mamas, babies, males showing off, you name it. Leave the sliding doors open all night -- you'll fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Bed is one of the better ones I've slept in in a vacation rental.
Kitchen is very nicely laid out and equipped for a unit this size. We hit up the Napili farmer's market (open Saturday and Wednesday mornings) for Maui onions and purple sweet potatoes (and a few other items), made breakfast every morning, and ate on the lanai. Kitchen has a newish washer and dryer, too, so if in doubt, pack light.
Beach -- unit comes with four folding/portable beach chairs, which we used most days. You can walk out the ground floor to Kahana Beach. Kahana is convenient, but depending on the time of year you go, there are some erosion issues, so there may not be a whole lot of sandy beach there. Conditions are better next door in front of the next resort to the south. Or, just toss your beach chairs in back of your rental car and head to Napili, Kapalua, or Fleming beach, which are all within about a 10-minute drive north.
Pool area was modest, but we never found it too crowded, except in the middle of the sunniest days. Chaises are new and comfortable. There are three grilling stations at the pool...we cooked everything in our kitchen, but the grills looked big and pretty new, and were well-used in the evenings.
We loved our stay at the Valley Isle. Definitely recommend, and will look for it next time we plan a Maui getaway.
