This fully furnished, pet-welcoming studio is perfect for a single, a small family or a couples get-a-way. It includes a Queen bed and ample space for entertaining, and is also outfitted with a sofa sleeper. The tropical theme continues in the full bath-complete with shower and tub, and in the bright kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table that seats 4. The laundry facility is located on the ground level near the pool. Handicapped parking is available, along with an elevator for those with limited mobility, and/or easy transport of luggage, beach items, strollers, etc. Unit 106A is on the first floor over the parking area, and has easy access to the all areas of the complex.

One block to the beach and great location right in the middle between Seaside and Alys Beach! Clean enough and very quiet. Best value for the money and pet friendly!

This condo is nothing fancy and could use some updating, but it was clean and affordable and located near a public beach access area on Seagrove Beach. We compromised beach view for a pet friendly condo and although I missed being able to see the beach and ocean from our balcony, it was so nice to be able to vacation with our sweet little malshi doggie! We loved the old world community feeling of this area.

My husband and I stayed here over Memorial weekend. Even though it is a busy time to go to the beach, the beachfront here was not overly crowded and just a quick walk from the condo. Our dogs loved the porch which has a view of the greenspace/pool area. The condo is a bike ride away from Seaside shops or go the other way and enjoy the state park trails for a change of scenery. While the condo could stand some updating, it was a good deal and pet-friendly so we were happy.
priced rather high considering...
This unit was very pricey considering the seasonal rate and the quality, design, style and condition of the room. Tiles were broken, tabletop stained, outdated style, broken screens, blinds and curtain rods
Location, location, location!
I believe the owner of this studio rental has a goldmine in his/her possession. The studio needs to be updated (needs some minor repairs) and it wouldn't take much $ to make some small changes to make this a more comfortable place with a great flow and I would hope that the bookings would increase. The location is fantastic--away from the crowds of Watercolor and Seaside. The beach is right down the street--very walkable, even for little ones. Adding a Yolo Board or Kayak would make this an even more awesome rental because the local rental prices are too steep for these things. Could the owner go halfsies with another owner on purchasing a kayak? Also, there are plenty of used kayaks for sale on Craig's List. The condo is surrounded by beautiful beach houses and tucked away from the busy-ness of 30A, which I appreciated. Never used the rear deck because it was too hot to be out there. I used the pool for 2 minutes--the water temp was too warm for the time of year. The location is the best part of this rental. The owner needs to spiff it up and pay more attention to the details that need updating and repairing.
