Nice, convenient apartment close to the slope
Relatively spacious apartment overlooking Cervinia. Three good bedrooms, relatively worn bathroom and kitchen, but well functioning. Nice service by the hostess. An extra plus for the strenuous hill that gave us a lot of exercise. A nice memory.
Great accomidation for families with children
Quite far from the mail slope start in cervinia, but manageble
Large, clean fully equipped family apartment in great location
Apartment is in a great location if you have a car, next to slopes and close to amenities and a very quiet ski lift. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Apartment came with most things to support an enjoyable stay such as sledges, wii and CD player. It could benefit from a DVD player and also a kettle for us English!
We used the Budget hire car Company to get here. There excess is ridiculous and the car had summer tyres on. We recommend you insist on winter tyres to get up the hill and also sort out car insurance cover before you get here. A car makes it much easier to nip in and out of town if you have kids, although its only a 10 min walk. There are also shops and bars a few min up the slope. The view from the balcony is amazing.
Massimo was also very responsive to our questions and Romina who looks after the building is also very helpful.
Cervinia is a fantastic resort and there were very few lift queues and the slopes were quiet even though we visited in half term week. It's relatively easy to get to Zermatt which is more challenging. However it is also significantly more expensive, so Cervinia feels a very good base for the entire area. We would come again.

"I want to give you the feedback from our stay at your apartment in Cervinia, in February this year. It was a very nice and relaxing week, we all enjoyed it very much – I was there with my wife and our 4 kids. The apartment was very good, well above our expectations, everything was neat and clean, and extremely well equipped. The building was quite nice as well. Romina was a very good help, always available and always cooperative.
Congratulations for everything, and most probably we will be in touch later this year to try to rent it again for next season!Best regards"

Key advantages of this place are:
1. Location. In the morning you have to take a 1 minute walk with your skis then ride downhill and you are near the stairs to the lifts (a tip: do not ride down till the road - then you would have to take a 4 minute walk up the hill before you reach the lifts. Take a narrow turn right in the middle of the slope - and you will come directly to the lift).
In the evening its even better - you really finish skiing by the entrance to the building!
This is much more convenient then with most of the hotels in the center of Cervinia.
2. Accomodation. What really surprised is that we have found almost everything there - I mean all these small things like corkscrew, glasses, plates, pans, etc.
3. Separate place for skis in the garage - much better to store ski not where you live. Though garage is not warm enough for boots, so we took them to the accomodation.
4. The price - its really a bargain compared to any other place that we aware of in Cervinia.
The only small negative is Wifi - it was working properly but for no more than 2 devices simultaneously. When there are 6 internet addicted persons - this is always a struggle ;)

"We spend a FAB week in Cervinia with perfect skiing. The flat was in very good location and really homely."
You will be able to put your skies on just behind the house and ski down to Cervinia with slope # 16, where you can take the cable lift or the gondolas to Plan Maison. Take into account that slope # 16 is for intermediate skiers.
To go back home, you would take the "Ventina" (slope # 7) and take the connection to Cieloalto (slope # 13); continuing the slope down toward Cervinia you just bump into the house and enter in the garage.
To go to Cervinia for shopping you may go by car, or take the bus shuttle or just walk: it is a 15 minute walk downward, tougher upward when you go back home.
