We offer a discount of $250 per week for stays of 4 weeks or more. When you send us your inquiry we will respond with the adjusted rate.

If you are a snowbird and in Arizona looking to book for upcoming vacations, we would love to meet you to show you the house and surrounding areas. Get to know us, and let us get to know you. Know what you can expect for next year. Text 480-772-9391 to set up a time to get together.

Our house is 2204 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. We offer it as a 3 bedroom as we keep our personal property in one of the smaller bedrooms while we are away. The rentable area is a little over 2000 square feet.

The house is fully stocked with all the pots & pans, small appliances, etc. that you would expect. We have somewhat of a library and games collection. There are bikes, tennis rackets, pool floats, etc. There are large flat-screen TVs in the family room and master bedroom. We provide satellite Direct TV. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the family room which actually gets used quite a bit in the winter months. The dining table is a large counter-height table, which is square, allowing four couples to visit equally.

We are located on a corner lot in a cul-de-sac, so the large yard is quite private. Grapefruit, lemons, and limes grow on the property; they are best January through April.

The pool is fully visible from the kitchen and family room. There is no pool fence, so we are not really suitable for families with small children or non-swimmers. We have a Dimension 1 Amore Bay hot tub that seats up to 8.

There is over 800 square feet of pavers in the front yard with a large sitting area and a fireplace. The front patio is great for sunny mornings, or shade in hot summer evenings.

The back yard is resort style for outdoor living. There is over 2,000 square feet of travertine tile around the pool. There is plenty of seating, a TV under the patio cover, the hot tub and a fire pit.

Our neighborhood is bordered by county land. It is a very good area if you like to walk. There are large homes on large lots. Farm animals from horses to emus to see, and perhaps sneak a treat to. All ages will enjoy this activity. We do most nights when we are home.

We are located in a quiet Southeast valley neighborhood, with a community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. There is a large fitness club 1/2 mile away.

We are 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (all the major carriers), and 25 minutes from Mesa-Gateway airport (Allegiant Air, etc). We are less than a mile from the 101 Price Freeway (and yet you cannot hear any traffic while in the yard) making quick access to shopping malls, sporting venues, etc.

Come for NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, PGA, NASCAR, NHRA, IHBA. All are an easy drive. We are quite close to many of the MLB spring training facilities. The Phoenix area also offers the finer things in life. Numerous restaurants, museums, hiking trails, golf courses, shopping malls, etc. are nearby.

We operate our rentals though a Limited Liability Company (LLC). We are properly licensed with the City of Chandler for the purposes of renting the home to short term guests. We pay 4.4% tax to the city for stays under 31 days, and 1.5% for stays in excess of 31 days. We do not pass these costs on to you, they are included in the quoted price.

We hope to hear from you soon.

Your hosts,

Frank & Tammy

About Frank & Tammy

We have lived in Arizona since 1985. We have had a number of homes, but have always found the Southeast Valley as the place we want to live, work, and play.

We enjoy dining out, hiking, shopping (mostly that is Tammy), and visiting many of the smaller towns around the state like Sedona, Jerome, Prescott, Douglas, Tombstone and Bisbee. We like to share our experiences, so if you have questions about what to do, we will keep you busy!

vacation homes we have stayed at. Frank & Tammy were wonderful hosts showing us around the house when we arrived. They provided a binder full of information on the house, neighborhood community and local restaurants. Frank was very helpful throughout the week. If we had any questions he was very quick to respond to our text and/or calls. We enjoyed the home, as well as, the backyard oasis. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms and baths were good size. We enjoyed hanging out on the veranda each morning. We received a bonus with the extra items (toiletries, coffee, condiments, etc.) around the house to use. We had such a fun and relaxing vacation. We hardly left the house as it was a vacation in itself. Thanks so much Frank & Tammy for your hospitality.

Our Chandler experience

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I just completed two weeks in Frank and Tammy's home at 2522 El Dorado Circle. We enjoyed it. The home is large and comfortable. Everything works! No surprises. We were in communication with the owners while en route and they met us at the house. They showed us around, showed us how everything operates and provided us with a three-ring binder listing names and addresses of restaurants, movies, grocery stores, gas stations and the like. They were easy to reach and prompt to answer any questions that came to mind, but otherwise left us alone.

The patio is especially impressive, beautifully done in stone and big enough to hold a large group, though we were never more than three. The pool is sizeable, the hot tub relaxing, and there are plenty of conversation areas so one can choose sun or shade. There is a table with four chairs; a rattan loveseat with two matching chairs, all grouped on an area rug; a grouping of perhaps six Adirondack chairs on the fine stone ground cover; and two reclining lounge chairs with a small table between next to the pool. The west edge of the patio has four towering palms and next to the house is a large gas grill. On the front of the house is a patio with potted plants and comfortable furniture, great for morning sun or afternoon shade.

We slept in the master bedroom on the king sized bed which was just the firmness we like. The master bath had separate sinks, widely spaced, separate mirrors and light fixtures, plenty of drawers, heated towel racks and a large, beautifully tiled shower with two shower heads. Although I used my own, Frank and Tammy also had a tray with soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, floss and the like. There was also an ample walk-in closet.

While we only used the microwave, outside grill, toaster and Keurig coffee maker, there is a stove and oven in the kitchen. There is a big HD television in the family room adjoining the kitchen, and one in the master bedroom. Frank and Tammy provided some coffee and hot chocolate for the Keurig, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and laundry detergent and some other things, I'm sure, which don't come readily to mind.

So, was this home perfect? My only complaint would be that it lacked a light directly over the sink so that at night, anyone standing at the sink would block illumination from the overhead light in the center of the kitchen and pendant lights over the large island. Minor criticism, indeed.

Will definitely be back!

  • 4 of 5

This is a great property in a convenient location. There were just two of us but it would be perfect for a family or a few couples. We used the hottub twice a day, once in the early morning with our coffee and again before bed. Lots of properties have a 'spa' attached to the pool but the water temp is the same as the pool. That's nothing like a real hottub which is perfect for cool mornings and evenings. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 star rating is because we would have loved to have used the pool but it wasn't heated and although we tried, it was just too cold to get in. I totally understand it would be crazy expensive to heat because it's so deep but we are pool people and we missed that.

The yard is great, nice evening lighting, tiki torches and a flame propane heater. A lemon tree, grapefruit tree and even a few oranges from the neighbor's tree that hung over on the property. What a treat. The TV outside was nice as we had breakfast on the patio and could watch CNN :).

We didn't meet Tammy but Frank was SO nice. He went out of his way and we were so grateful to meet such a genuine helpful person. Anything that we needed or asked about, he was right on it.

The entire place is renovated and well appointed. Everything you could need was there. They even provided things like toothbrushes etc in case you forgot yours. One of the nicest features is the entire back of the house is windows so it's so bright and you can see the entire backyard no matter if you are in the kitchen or the family room.

I would definitely recommend this property!

Thanks Tammy and Frank

Amazing backyard oasis!

  • 5 of 5

We recently returned from a fantastic stay in this Chandler property. The house was immaculate and well-stocked. The layout was open and spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds were very comfy and the spa-like master ensuite bathroom was a treat! We spent most of our time in the back yard enjoying the pool and amazing hot tub. With palm trees, fruit trees (we enjoyed delicious lemons), thoughtful landscaping touches, and plenty of seating, it felt like our own private resort. We also took a short walk to enjoy the community pool and hot tub, which was an added bonus.

There was easy access to the 101, and the location is great for shopping (Arizona Mills and Chandler Fashion Mall within 10 minutes) and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Our host, Frank, was very accommodating and made sure he was available to reach if we had any questions or concerns during our stay.

We would definitely stay again!

Spectacular Winter Vacation

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay at this comfortable, spacious home in Chandler, AZ. We really enjoy the accommodations and extra dining to entertain both inside and outside. Improvements were made to better accommodate our needs to include a larger second bedroom with TV and a newly installed hot tub. We used the wood burning fireplace and the outside fire pit that was very inviting to the cool evening temperatures. The back yard had a new look with new stone around the pool and around the new hot tub. An outside TV on the covered patio was used frequently to enjoy the news, music and several sporting events. New select lighting fixtures added extra atmosphere to the back yard setting. They continue to make improvement that greatly benefit their renters.

The home owner was available to answer our questions, respond to minor issues (coffee maker cratered) and help direct us to the best restaurants and local events for us and our quests. A list of the most popular Restaurants is in the binder. This added features allows their quests to maximize their time, enjoy the best restaurants and events in the area. There are several golf courses within 6 miles and close to the Chicago Cubs spring training stadium. The hot tub allowed me to enjoy (19) rounds of golf during our stay.

We certainly recommend this home to all who visit this area. It is located near the 101, 60 & 202 highways that makes easy access wherever you're going.

You won't be disappointed in this property!
