These and other units at the Park are owned and managed by a local couple Pepe & Jules Gonzalez. we give them names plus the number like this one Unit 305 is named Las Animas .... we are in the Building The Park in downtown Puerto Vallarta, we manage the units ourselves so do not let agents give you other names, or discounts and you will be very dissapointed, we do not have outside agents, we manage our business under the name of Sea Salt Rentals. You can expect to be treated like friends/family versus dealing with an agency or a third party rental company, you might even find here that they steal our name and photos and will offer

you deals, be really careful. We will personally welcome you, make sure you are settled in and assist throughout your stay.

The beautiful condominiums offers all of the comfort and amenities needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation in Puerto Vallarta, one of Mexico's premier destinations. Whether you are here to enjoy a long weekend or spend a month, our condo is the perfect home away from home for you and your family/friends.

The condominiums are fully furnished in a sophisticated and contemporary style with modern Mexican touches of color and original artwork. Each unit features fully equipped custom designed kitchens with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), granite counter tops, breakfast bar with seating for four, and private terrace.

We are Pepe and Jules., proud to say we consider ourselves locals after 40 years here, no place to live like Puerto Vallarta, were we have raisd a beautiful family.

Being locals makes it easier to help our guests and guide them in he right direction. They can always reach us, because we want our guests to be happy and come back with us to Sea Salt Rentals. We are retired now with our small Sea Salt Rentals company, but

we have been involved in hotel management and real estate.

'The Park' is a new building in Old Vallarta with a modern design and luxurious amenities,

and according to our guests our roof top with our terrace and swimming pool has thahe best spaces and views.

We chose to invest in this area because we have lived in town and we are part of it, there is everyhing here, all within walking distance, like Old Vallarta, and that is fantastic.

We love the farmers market in front at the park every saturday, and to be able to walk around the boardwalk all the way safely into town, we have all kinds of restaurants , at classes, cooking classes, galleries, stores, bars..... This is definetely the coolest part of town !! Come and experience it..

Beautiful Condo

Right in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The condo is well equipped and lovely. Comfy bed. The pool area is breathtaking. Terrific staff - everyone so friendly. Two blocks to the beach and you are surrounded by outstanding restaurants.

Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed our time here.

The property is in a great location, close to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The building is clean and well maintained. The roof top pool is beautiful with a nice view of the bay.

Some constructive feedback: The noise from the buses that continually turn the corner and go up the hill isn’t great. Unfortunately we couldn’t use our balcony or have the sliding doors open because it was so loud. Once the patio doors were closed you can’t hear too much street noise. Adding a backsplash to the kitchen will help to keep it cleaner (it looks fine now, just a suggestion). For some reason the oven didn’t work in our unit, checked the breaker panel and everything was fine, not sure what the issue was. The washer and dryer are not high end, but work fine.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Our Stay at the Park

My wife and I just returned from another lovely visit to Puerto Vallarta. We stayed at The Park #210, our first time there. We loved it and would highly recommend The Park! The location is perfect for us, as we spend most of our time walking in old town, romantic zone, the beach, and the malecon... and now we can add The Park's balcony and terrace with a wonderful salt water, heated infinity pool to our list of favorite things. Oh, yeah, and the rooftop hot tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo was great. The other guests were quiet. We felt very safe and right in the heart of where we wanted to be! Just booked a stay for next year.

Excellent rental ideally located for night life restaurants and trinket shopping

My wife and I stayed in November 2016.

The condo is safe and clean with all modern appliances.

The location is convienantly located just south of the River and is close to great restaurants and bars.

The pool and hot tubs on the roof are a great break from the heat and a nice place to relax and view the city.

We met the property owner and he was great to deal with and made us feel very welcome.

We would recommend this rental.

Absolutely Amazing!

I am so happy to have had the opportunity to stay in one of Sea Salt Rentals beautiful units in the Park building. The location is perfect. I have been coming to PV for over 30 years and have stayed just about everywhere. I recently sold my vacation rental business after 25 years and so I know what to look for when renting. I owned all my units and this is what makes Jules & Pepe's units so special, they own them. And they go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Great customer service.

I originally was going to stay in a one bedroom but a two bedroom was available so I stayed there. I was able to see several of their units and they are all very nice. I wanted to check out the two bedroom/2bath units for next year to bring my granddaughter.

My unit had a bedroom with king bed and beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower. Very nice amenities and towels.

Back bedroom had a full size bed and full bathroom. Perfect for my granddaughter.

The kitchen has gas stove & oven (which is hard to find in PV). All appliances are top of the line and glassware, plates, utensils are perfect. Living room was comfy and smart TV was fantastic.

I loved was the balcony with view of the ocean. Again, this is a perfect location. Starting in November they have the farmers market right across the street.

The building is secure with 24 hour security guards and key access. I was by myself this trip and felt totally safe.

Within 2-3 blocks of my favorite restaurants. I prefer to stay in Old Town mainly due to my favorite places Joe Jack's & Bravos restaurants.

The top floor deck is spectacular. Wow, the pool is fabulous and the outdoor barbecue and sitting area is perfect for enjoying the wonderful sunsets of PV.

I plan to have my daughter and son-in-law stay as well and they will take a one bedroom unit next door so they will have some privacy. Owners have numerous units in the building.

Oh yes, the air condition was perfect. Best I have ever had in PV. It was very hot and humid when I was here and I was always cool and comfortable.

If you want a new, spotlessly clean, well stocked, comfy, close to beach & old town restaurants...this is the place to stay!

Thank you so much Jules & Pepe for having such a perfect place for me to enjoy. I will be back and I will tell everyone about your units.

During the Season Farmer's Market and interesting cultural events at the Park accross the street.
