2 Bedroom And A Loft Condo That Sleeps Up To 9 Comfortably Near The Mountain

This beautiful mountain condo located less than a half mile from Canyon Lodge and the Village can hold 9 people comfortably with many amenities. With 4 TVs and DVD players in each room, loft and living room all of the guests can be satisfied! The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with its own bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full sized bed with the main bathroom just outside the entrance. The loft area can sleep up to 5 guests as well. With a nice sized kitchen that includes a large refrigerator, dish washer, new microwave and oven/stove you always have the option of cooking at home. We also have plenty of storage space for all of your ski or outer wear apparel. The balcony is loaded with firewood in case you decide you would like to make a roaring fire in our efficient fire place. However if you opt for the easier solution the wall heaters warm up the whole condo very quickly. The Recreation room is located just steps away from the condo and houses a jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, ping pong, pool table and washer and dryer. There is many parking spaces in front of the condo so you should not have any issues with parking near the spot. With the free year round shuttle service that picks up and drops off across the street you have access to everything in the town without even having a car. The airport is located less then 10 miles from the condo so flying into town is definitely a convenient option.

I've been renting the family condo for the last several years and want to make sure my guests get a great deal while still having a nice place to stay. Mammoth is my second home so I love sharing the condo with friends, family and new friends as well. I was raised in the Los Angeles area as the youngest of 5 and have been going to Mammoth my entire life. As a family we have enjoyed numerous trips either skiing/snowboarding, fishing, hiking or just relaxing throughout the Mammoth area. The condo is ran/owned by my family and so we have much pride in it as I hope you will as well. Why Teddy Monney chose Mammoth Mountain

When we purchased this condo in the early 90's the greatest feature was the size. Having a family of 7 we needed a condo that could sleep the whole crew comfortably and still allow us to be close to all Mammoth has to offer. Shortly after we purchased it, they built the Village and Village gondola .5 miles from the condo. The ease of getting to and from the restaurants/night life/mountain/lakes has made this condo one of our favorite locations in the town. Im very confident that one vacation will have you hooked;)

What makes this condo unique

Although this condo was built in the 70's it still has much charm. Once you walk through it and look at all of the custom pictures taken and printed by the family you'll understand why we enjoy this home so much.

Ideal location!

This place was ideal. Just a few minutes walking distance from the village! The condo was well equipped and spacious. My kids especially liked the rec center with the heated pool jacuzzi and game room. The price was right. I would definately rent this place again!

The condo is conveniently located 1/2 mile from Canyon Lodge Ski Area and 1/2 mile from the town Village. Walking distance or take the free trolley that picks up right in the front of the condo and drops off anywhere in town. Restaurants and bars all located near the condo.

20% non refundable deposit needs to be paid at least 1 week before arrival date. This can be paid via cc, cash or check depending on location of traveler. Remaining balance to be paid upon arrival at condo.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
