Beautiful One Bedroom Unit 1002B, Very Clean, Fully Remodeled - Faces The Gulf

This excellent one bedroom unit in Building B - unit 1002 has been fully remodeled with all new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, beds, bedding, furnishings. The Works. This is not your typical high turn over rental unit. It is well maintained, very clean and has outstanding direct facing views of the Beach and Gulf. New king bed set installed. You will definitely enjoy some great sunsets from the large lanai. This building is located right on the sand. This owner has an excellent reputation for delivering exactly what is advertised. The property complex is well maintained with a very nice pool area. There are six tennis courts available for use. The property is located on a nice clean section of the Beach and is only a short distance from good restaurants, bars, liquor stores, and many other amenities. This unit is a tenth floor unit that faces the Gulf and looks right down on the Beach and the Gulf Waters.

While we would love to accept every inquiry, we operate on a first booked, first committed basis only. The unit is considered committed once a signed rental agreement is executed. It is then removed form the calendar for the dates agreed upon.

In addition to a signed rental agreement, we do require a refundable security deposit. The only typical fee is a cleaning company fee, which is deducted form the security deposit prior to its return.

Great, quiet location for a vacation!

My husband and I recently stayed in this unit at Estero Beach and Tennis Club for our honeymoon and loved our time. It was a quaint location without too many tourists. The beach wasn't bombarded nor were the streets packed with traffic. However, there were still many great restaurants to eat at and places to see within a reasonable distance. Our condo was very clean and nice. It was updated with a good amount of amenities. We loved the short walk to the beach as well as the AMAZING beach chairs included in the unit that were easy to carry. The only upsetting part of our stay was there not being a workout facility on the property. There are tennis courts to use but no facility with treadmills, stationary bikes, etc. Other than that, we loved everything about our stay!

Perfection

Loved the condo! It has all the comforts of home. The lanai looks over the gulf. It is on a secluded beach but you are only a few minutes from a grocery store and a few restaurants. It's an easy drive to Ft Myers Beach area if you're looking for more shops and restaurants. Most days we almost had the beach to ourselves. If you want a quiet beach vacation, book this condo.

Heaven on Earth!

My wife and I are devout beach lovers. We had always dreamed of vacationing on the Gulf of Mexico, but, for whatever reason(s), had never been. After many searches, we booked this rental. Not having a clue where we were going or what we were facing, we "packed it up and left". After a nice, long drive from Evans, GA, we were glad to see Estero Beach, FL...what a beautiful sight we saw! We discovered a couple minor "issues" and contacted the owner, who just happened to be in town. He came over, and after a very short time, everything was "good to go". A beautiful and spotless unit with an absolutely breathtaking view of the Gulf...absolutely! The security guard was as nice and helpful as he could be...we felt extremely safe. Beautiful green water...white sandy beach...lots of beautiful seashells..."Heaven on Earth". Bottom line: After meeting and conversing with the owner...after an eight day/seven night stay, there is no doubt we will go back...very, very highly recommended!!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and a beautiful view. Pet owners: There's a great 'dog beach' just 3 miles down the road. The only downside during Christmas Break -- if you have to go anywhere, traffic in the Times Square area going to the bridge is very congested. Go through Bonita Springs instead.

Rates are subject to change. A signed rental agreement is required for each booking. A refundable security deposit is required, from which the $80 cleaning fee will be deducted prior to its return (subject to the terms of the rental agreement). All online bookings are subject to an executed rental agreement being completed. The terms of that agreement take precedence over any online statements from website or listing. We can accept PayPal payments, however if guest chooses that method, PayPal charges a 4% International fee and a 3% domestic fee to the recipient that the guest will need to pay. They will need to up the payment total by the 3 or 4% accordingly.
