Beautiful One Bedroom Unit 1002B, Very Clean, Fully Remodeled - Faces The Gulf

This excellent one bedroom unit in Building B - unit 1002 has been fully remodeled with all new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, beds, bedding, furnishings. The Works. This is not your typical high turn over rental unit. It is well maintained, very clean and has outstanding direct facing views of the Beach and Gulf. New king bed set installed. You will definitely enjoy some great sunsets from the large lanai. This building is located right on the sand. This owner has an excellent reputation for delivering exactly what is advertised. The property complex is well maintained with a very nice pool area. There are six tennis courts available for use. The property is located on a nice clean section of the Beach and is only a short distance from good restaurants, bars, liquor stores, and many other amenities. This unit is a tenth floor unit that faces the Gulf and looks right down on the Beach and the Gulf Waters.

While we would love to accept every inquiry, we operate on a first booked, first committed basis only. The unit is considered committed once a signed rental agreement is executed. It is then removed form the calendar for the dates agreed upon.

In addition to a signed rental agreement, we do require a refundable security deposit. The only typical fee is a cleaning company fee, which is deducted form the security deposit prior to its return.

Excellent property with GREAT Gulf views

As reported in VRBO survey, excellent property with great Gulf views. The building was well maintained as was the pool which was large and inviting to float & float on a 'noodle'. Condo was a 'Studio' which flowed from kitchen to a living room to bedroom. No wall except, obviously, going into the bathroom. Condo was well-provisioned with basic needs. We bought food to cook but needed nothing else.

Several restaurants & other services are nearby, all within 10-15 minute walk (max) if want to leave your car parked.

Wife/I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Our one caveat/issue was that the furniture on the lanai (balcony) was very very average & not at all conducive to sitting for extended times to have breakfast/coffee in the morning or wine/cheese/crackers in the evening. Table surface was quite small with 2 chairs with straight backs & small seat areas, the combination of which made sitting in one an uncomfortable experience. Still, one could totally enjoy the great views from inside & still stand on lanai (balcony) for few minutes to enjoy a sunset.

If one desires, lots of activities (jet skis, sailing, boating) in the area as well as shopping in different venues on the Island as well as over on Tamiami Trail (Highway 41) which is about a 15-20 minute drive.

Excellent property! Superb Gulf views for sunsets + SSE view out side window for sunrises

This was an 'excellent property', with one caveat that will follow, which my wife/I enjoyed thoroughly. Building & grounds were very well-maintained & pool was great. Condo was well provisioned to meet all common needs and several good restaurants were within 10 minute walk. As advertised, right on beach with 'great' views of the gulf. Bed was a King & very comfortable. Bathroom was a very comfortable size. Hot water seemed to go more quickly than desired; but, totally adequate for all bathing needs.

One caveat - furniture on lanai (balcony) was sub-par assuming one would have wanted to sit there for extended periods in the morning to have coffee/breakfast or say wine with cheese & crackers to observe a sunset. Table was small (minimal surface) with 2 small straight back chairs which were very uncomfortable. Thus, found lanai (balcony) to be unusable except to stand at rail for few minutes to observe a sunset. Still, Gulf views were 'great' from inside which is where we had coffee/breakfast & wine/cheese in evening.

Overall, we found this condo to be an excellent value.

We had a blissful stay at this immaculate, perfectly positioned unit. It is adequately equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the beach, the pool, the kitchen & the lanai. Our transaction & subsequent communication with the owner was painless & very pleasant. Our deposit was returned very quickly. We can't wait to return to our Happy Place! 🤗

Peaceful Piece of Tranquil Paradise on the Beach

The complex is very nice and this unit was amazing from the sunrises to the sunsets. The view was awesome. The owner had everything you needed and so much more. Very clean and tastefully decorated. My husband and I live in Myrtle Beach but appreciated the wildlife. Gorgeous birds 🐦,shells 🐚 and awesome Dolphins 🐬. We had one dolphin so close to us that I could hear the air coming from his blowhole. I fell in love with nature. Close enough to go visit Sanibel and Captiva which we did one day. The owner recommended some great restaurants. We loved Heidi's for out of this world German food and Dixies Fish House where you sit outside on the water with an amazing breeze delicious Grouper and home made chips. Top it off with homemade daily Key Lime 🍋 Pie which was out of this world. We called the owner DERALD before we left to rebook for next year. As always he answered his phone and was happy to help us choose a unit in the same building for next year as ours was already gone. It was a breath of fresh air to have an owner answer or get back to you so quickly. I highly recommend renting from DERALD he has 5 units in this complex and deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Did I mention I am very picky and do not usually write reviews?🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Outstanding views

Very clean unit with terrific views of the Gulf. Can sit outside all day and enjoy the water. Sunsets are perfect. Buildings are nicely located across from Santini plaza.

Great, quiet location for a vacation!

My husband and I recently stayed in this unit at Estero Beach and Tennis Club for our honeymoon and loved our time. It was a quaint location without too many tourists. The beach wasn't bombarded nor were the streets packed with traffic. However, there were still many great restaurants to eat at and places to see within a reasonable distance. Our condo was very clean and nice. It was updated with a good amount of amenities. We loved the short walk to the beach as well as the AMAZING beach chairs included in the unit that were easy to carry. The only upsetting part of our stay was there not being a workout facility on the property. There are tennis courts to use but no facility with treadmills, stationary bikes, etc. Other than that, we loved everything about our stay!

Refundable damage deposit $200
Post stay Cleaning Fee $80

Rates are subject to change. A signed rental agreement is required for each booking. A refundable security deposit is required, from which the $80 cleaning fee will be deducted prior to its return (subject to the terms of the rental agreement). All online bookings are subject to an executed rental agreement being completed. The terms of that agreement take precedence over any online statements from website or listing. We can accept PayPal payments, however if guest chooses that method, PayPal charges a 4% International fee and a 3% domestic fee to the recipient that the guest will need to pay. They will need to up the payment total by the 3 or 4% accordingly.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
