I love this business as I am addicted to preserving historical homes, and love to take care of people as they partake in life's most important thing-- VACATION!! I have owned this business for 15 years-- not a newby!
Carrie purchased this House in 2014
Why Carrie chose Treme - Lafitte
2 blks to FQ, can walk to a TON of restaurants, shops, Mississippi River, close to Street Car, nestled in an OLD historical neighborhood to get that great experience rather than a hotel. Home has several gates for security. Home has storage for your bike or scooter in private gated area.
What makes this House unique

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very convenient to the French Quarter. We took a LYFT to / from Jackson Square for $7 each day. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a driver to be assigned and it took less than 5 minutes to reach our destination. The property is immaculately clean and the cable TV and WiFi are excellent quality. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this property.
This is a great place to stay!
Awesome Place!!! :-)
The Hideaway is absolutely amazing!! Has all the amenities you can possibly need, very cozy, private and sooooo homey and comfy!! Totally safe for a solo female Aussie traveler, perfect location to "EVERYTHING" Love, love, love this place. Would love to have stayed longer but perhaps I will just have to come back!! :-)
Space down Ursulines
Second time staying at this property and we enjoyed ourselves in New Orleans very much as always. However the property was exactly as it was three years ago and definitely in need of a little decoration and refurbishment. Everything worked fine but all a bit tired. If that gets done we'd come back.
This is a precious little apartment!! Safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Gorgeous double French doors that open up to a balcony. Cool nights and mornings, we enjoyed coffe, birds chirping, and church bells ringing. For being in the Quarter, there was so much quietness here!! Only sound I heard at night was a motorcycle go by. Will definitely stay here again!!!
If I could give 10 I would.
Proximity to everything was key. The trolley was one block away!
rent a bike- ride down famous Esplanade- see City Park- majestic oak trees with moss.
Famous Louis Armstrong Park- 2 blks away- rich with History (Congo Square)
