We love the desert and plan to spend more time in our vacation home as we get nearer to finally retiring, we wish to share our lovely home with vacationers that also love the desert. When looking for a home we had a wish list which this house met 100%. We wanted a house with manageable size, one level living, swimming pool (must have), backing onto green space or golf course (no neighbors fish bowl effect), 3 car garage and RV parking for a small RV or 'toys', plus we wanted to have quick access to the freeways. We also chose the West Valley due to affordability, secure neighborhoods and being in surrounded by newer developments plus its real close to NFL, NHL and NASCAR. The bonus of this area is also the great golf courses with great green fees deals.

Great House, great location.
The only problem was the air conditioning. Was not told we would need to leave the temp at 78 degrees
Truly enjoyed our stay, my boys never wanted to leave the house. It was so relaxing the view was just breath taking. Charley the owner was so helpful and welcoming. There was an minor issue with the pool and he got on it right away. My family and I can't wait to book this home again!

Cozy, Comfortable home with beautiful sunsets overlooking the beautiful backyard.
The entire home was very comfortable. It had everything you might need from condiments in the kitchen to plenty of pool toys. There was even 2 bikes to ride around in the neighborhood and a skateboard. This added some extra fun that we didn't expect.
The only downside to our stay was that the fridge and freezer was full of food left from previous residents. For that reason the freezer and fridge was not cleaned or wiped out. The oven was not cleaned as well. I contacted the owner letting him know that I had to throw out food left in fridge and freezer to be able to get our food in. And had to clean oven to be able to use oven. I took pictures to show owner. Also there was no room to put the trash at our arrival since the previous resident left it overflowing also. There where some shelves in the living room and closets that had so much dust that the dust curled in my fingers. The entry doorway and mat had so much debris that I had to sweep the entry to not track that dirt and stain the clean off white carpet. I'm still giving it 5 stars because I feel it was mostly cleaners mistake for not notifying owner prior to our stay. Owner didn't seem to be aware of this when I contacted him and forwarded him pictures of my concerns.
Overall after getting thru these issues and spent a couple hours cleaning our rest of our stay ended up being very relaxing and enjoyable. I even joked with the owner telling him that he could hire me to clean his home before I left to get it ready for next residents. Since I sent him pictures of before and after of all the areas I cleaned.
I would definitely recommend staying at this home and I would book again.

This was our second stay at this beautiful VRBO and I can't say enough positive comments. Everything you could possibly need is here from a fully stocked kitchen, to a beautiful private pool (even floaties), to the fun WII with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. You are right on a golf course with lots of walking/running trails. Shopping is only minutes away as well as groceries and restaurants. Charlie the owner is so quick to respond to anything it made our stay flawless. We will be back for certain!
We were so very pleased with our stay in this lovely home! It's large open great room, kitchen and dining areas make for a really comfortable gathering with family without feeling closed in. We loved being able to have our grandchildren sleepover and have their own bedrooms and bathroom....never a possibility in a hotel room with limited accommodations/space! Plus it is so conveniently located to shopping and area venues. Charlie (owner) was always prompt in responding to our questions/emails and made us feel as though he genuinely cared about our stay. Without question, we would highly recommend staying here when in the area....we certainly will hope it's available for us when we visit our son and his family next time! Thank you for making our holiday so perfect!
