We invite you to vacation in our new designer remodeled “beach house” condo with its panoramic ocean views in the luxurious Elua Village, a true oceanfront resort. Our new Beach House condo is one of the finest in the Wailea community, and the ocean views can be enjoyed from every room and the large, private lanai. It’s the perfect spot for a special vacation with incredible views, sunsets, and beaches, and it is as close to paradise as we’ve found.

This top floor 1280 sq. ft. Beach House theme with wood accented vaulted ceilings and Lanai in a 2-story building has ocean views from South of Lanai to the tip of West Maui with breathtaking sunsets. The large lanai can be accessed from the living and dining areas as well as the master bedroom. In a few minute walk, you have direct access to the beautiful sandy Ulua Beach and a great snorkeling reef.

Our Beach House condo includes:

• Custom built-in kitchen with granite counters, glass back splashes, induction stove and other new stainless appliances;

• A kitchen “fully equipped” with cookware, glassware, utensils, spices and everything needed;

• 2-Custom bathrooms with etched glass & polished nickel fixtures: Master has birds of paradise soaking tub with mobile shower; Guest has banana plants and mobile shower.

• Master bedroom has a Tommy Bahama Cal-king bed; Living room has a comfortable queen wall bed;

• Full size in-suite washer & dryer, “whole-condo” softened & filtered water, laundry and dishwasher soaps;

• New quiet upgraded central air conditioning and ceiling fans;

Beautifully renovated condo

My husband and I spent a week at this upscale, newly renovated condo in Wailea. It is superbly equipped with amazing attention to detail. Cal, the owner, was very responsive to our one question. Check in and out was very easy. The resort is also very well situated, being close to a great beach and to The Shops at Wailea which has a well stocked little grocery store. We walked to wonderful restaurants in the area when we didn't feel like eating in. We did think the condo was a bit close to the main road and traffic noise was quite audible from the lanai. The lanai is a good size with late afternoon sun and a view of the sunset. There is a lack of privacy on the lanai, particularly if the unit right behind is occupied. There are two pools, both of which are quite small and the pool loungers & pads could do with an update. We did love the fact that Elua owns some of the property overlooking the area near the beach (on the other side of the beach walk) so we could sit in covered loungers with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Fantastic, but you have to get there early as the loungers fill up quickly. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything for a Perfect Stay!

Just returned from a 2 week stay at Wailea Elua 304. Our review echoes what the others have already shared. A beautifully renovated condo(if you get a chance to look through the before and after photo album you will see just how detailed the reno was). A fully equipped kitchen. Amazing view on a deck that you won't want to leave. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the walking path along the beach. In addition, Cal and Andrea immediately responded to a question that we had. The highest compliment we can give is the fact that we have already booked our stay for next year!

The property is meticulous. Beautiful landscaping. 5 minute walk to the beach. Excellent location between the Andaz and Marriott hotels. Short walk to Wailea Shops which includes a market as well as several restaurants.

Beautifully decorated and appointed unit at Wailea Elua Village

My wife and I stayed at Unit 304 at Wailea Elua Village for 6 nights in Nov/Dec 2017. Overall, the Elua resort property is gorgeous and well maintained. The condo itself is on the top or 2nd floor of a series of low rise units spread throughout the resort. The condo is set back in the resort on what I would describe as the 3rd tier of units. It does have a good view of the Pacific ocean via a new, glass barrier on the lanai (vs traditional rails) along with a nice view of tropical landscaping around the unit. It is a short and comfortable (~5 minute walk) from the condo to the 2 pools and/or Ulua beach. Ulua beach has great sand and a coral reef ideal for snorkeling. Unit 304 has been recently refurnished and is beautifully decorated and appointed. The condo has high end appliances, washer/dryer, glassware, plates and utensils, plus beautiful counter-top surfaces, tile work, furniture and fixtures through-out the unit. An updated Roku TV system provides ample entertainment away from the beach. The condo has great showers and a v comfortable CA king size bed. It is the best decorated and appointed unit unit that we have ever rented. The condo's owner, Cal, is a very attentive and responsive. Mahalo!

Elua 304 is the Best!

This is our second stay at Cal and Andrea’s lovely Elua 304 condo and we have already booked for next year! The condo is beautifully decorated and everything from the furnishings to the appliances are all high end. The condo has everything you will need including beach umbrella and towels as well as boogies boards. The location is great; just a few minutes walk down through the complex to the Wailea beach path. Cal and Andrea are a pleasure to work with; they respond quickly and are always very helpful.

Great vacation experience. Unit is a very well equipped, clean, up to date and well maintained. Views are fantastic and watching sunsets on the lanai matches anything we have seen in all our travels. Housekeeping service is excellent; where else do you get such attention to detail as a fresh bar of soap sealed-in-the-box in the bathrooms as part of the housekeeping service like you do here? Very attentive to our needs.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 60-days prior (90-days for holidays) to the expected arrival date, no fee will be collected. If the reservation is cancelled less than 60-days (90-days holidays) from the arrival date, all payments will be forfeited; there will be no refund unless the unit can be re-rented.

Payment Terms: A 25% payment is due upon booking; the balance is due 60-days (90-days holidays) prior to occupancy. If occupancy date is less that 60-days at the time of booking, full payment is due. House keeping service is available at extra cost.

Foreign Currency: Foreign currency exchange rate costs are the guest’s responsibility and any fees charged to owner by the bank or credit card will be applied directly to the Reservation Quote, if known, or deducted from the Refundable Deposit. Complementary weekly housekeeping service is provided for stays greater than 10-nights; additional housekeeping service is available at extra cost.
