Our Front House was recently renovated in 2014. Each has fully equipped and functional kitchens in order to cook your favorite meals. The Loft has 4.5 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms currently with 13 beds (1 cal king, 3 queen, 3 full, 1 sofa (futon), 4 couches, 1 air mattress) which sleeps 16+ people. The Front House has 1.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with 3 beds (1 king, 2 queen) which sleeps 6 and an additional full size foam mattress in cabana which sleeps 2 people.
In addition to the welcoming and charming interior of both Loft and Front House, each have appealing outdoor lounge space in which to enjoy the warm San Diego weather while BBQing, listening to music and partying with friends old and new. We designed the entire property with you and your guests in mind. It is fully intended for your entertainment. On the deck of the Front House, you will be pleased to find a protective cabana which includes a full-sized bed for guests who don't mind sleeping out in the fresh air. We are happy to provide you and your guests with innovative technology in both Front House and Loft to make for a spectacular yet comfortable experience.

NOTE ABOUT NEIGHBORHOOD: Grant Hill is a blend of historic homes and urban renewal. Neighborhood is mostly commercial with a few residential houses on the street. The area is undergoing gentrification, so many of the buildings in the area look old and worn. Most people walking around the street are neighbors. While they might appear "seedy" or "unwelcoming", 90% of persons passing by are local business owners, young families, etc. While our property is not a beautiful area/street, it is in a safe neighborhood.
LATE CHECK-OUT. Good Life Resorts has the right to charge up to $200/hour for late check-out if guest have not received written approval by the property manager. After 2 hours, charges up to a full night can be charged for guests that have not departed the property. Good Life Resorts holds the responsibility to clean and prepare for incoming guests as well as departing guests; and therefore, we request departing guests to adhere to the required check-out times.

Our home is only one (1) block from the Red Trolley which drops guests off next to convention center (for all you COMIC-CON attendees!). It is about a 15-20 minute trip from our home to Convention Center via the Red Trolley.
