Our oceanfront corner condo unit is peacefully located at the quiet end of Estero Island, allowing you to shed your worries and immerse yourself in the laid-back Floridian lifestyle.

Beat the cold in this Sunshine State where the average temperature is 74 degrees. Relax in the perfectly warmed swimming pool (how does 88 degrees sound?), the largest on Estero Island. Our conveniently located condo is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Direct access to the seven miles of white, pristine beach and the Gulf of Mexico and only 2 miles from the pier and 'Times Square'. On the South end of the island is Santini's Plaza where there is plenty of shopping, a drug store, a book store, a United States Post Office outlet, a hardware store, a bank, restaurants, and a marina with boat rentals. Maybe you prefer a round of golf? Perfect. An executive golf course is across the street and open to the public.

You will experience a truly tropical and exotic feel with ocean views from every window and warm ocean breezes. Master bedroom has king size bed with all new lines with walk-in closet and full bath with new towels. Guest room has two twin beds new linens, walk-in closet and bathroom with walk-in shower and new towels. Air mattress and linens available for additional guests.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee in our fragrant garden as you watch the wildlife awaken located right outside our condo balcony. Everywhere you go, shore birds such as pelicans, seagulls, herons, egrets, osprey (and the occasional bald eagle) are abundant and can be spotted nearby every body of water. In the morning, the courtyard is also a perfect place to breathe in the revitalizing salty air. In the evening, unwind with the beautiful sunsets as the colors illuminate the incoming tide.

Why Shelly Morang chose Fort Myers Beach

I always dreamed of owning a beach front property and I made my dream come true. Living on the coast of Maine we live just a few miles from our famous 7 miles stretch of beautiful beaches and I picked Fort Myers beach for the same quality of beach lifestyle. When I came across this beach front corner unit I said 'This is my dream condo' and I had to have it! Being from New England I wanted a place of my own that I could decorate in a cool beach theme. We now can enjoy this piece of paradise and share it with others.

What makes this condo unique

I wanted to be able to sit on my lanai and watch the sun set with a great glass of wine and listen to the sound of the waves, smell the fresh salt air and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. I feel in LOVE with this condo because I can do just that.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I have been to this condo for the last 2 years for the month of December. We couldn't believe how great this was the first year so we came back a second time and it was just as good. We loved it so much we ended up buying a unit in the same area. What was really great was being able to sit on the sofa and watch the dolphins play in the gulf right in front of you. Our condo had unbelievable sunset views too. Or if you prefer, you can have your feet in the sand in under 2 minutes and in the water in 3 minutes. Being a corner unit and gulf front you got double the terrific views. A really great experience.

Shelly has everything you could possibly want or anything you happened to forget. We've been to several places and used VRBO for years and Shelly has topped them all.

Beach bums

I absolutely loved this condo! Very quiet corner unit. Easy access to the beach and laundry room. Owners are very easy to communicate with as well! I will be returning next year.

Shell Crazy

Loved the condo on the beach. I'm sure higher floors had a better long-range view but we could just walk out our door and be on the beach. I can't think of anything we would change except maybe a large screened TV for those cloudy, cool days.
