Located on a cul-de-sac off Ridgevale Road, this house is a short walk to one of the most versatile of Chatham’s diverse beaches - Ridgevale beach! With the Atlantic on one side for swimming, sailing and kayaking, a warm estuary for creature catching and shallow swimming and a natural waterpark for riding the tides between the two, Ridgevale beach is one of the best family beaches Cape Cod has to offer.
Renovated last year with new kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room, this family get-away is offered for rent for the first time this season. It is clean, bright and sunny! The house has a perfect family layout, with three bedrooms, two full baths, upstairs and downstairs family rooms. Eat-in breakfast counter and dinning table flow to the sun-filled backyard with deck, patio and outdoor shower. Location is perfect for biking and wiffle ball. The house is set back from the street with a front yard that is great for playing catch.
House is a short ride to the bike path and a quick drive to quaint downtown Chatham with it’s wonderful array of kcasual and fine dinning, concerts on the green, Chatham A’s games (Cape Cod League - free admission), a newly renovated luxury movie theater, several summer theatre productions and many shops. Chatham is at the “elbow” of Cape Cod and offers nine distinct beaches and is a short car ride to Nauset beach and the National Seashore for significant waves and surf.

We have been vacationing in Chatham for over 20 years! Chatham has the best of everything Cape Cod has to offer. It will be one of your best family vacations!
Jennifer Bergantino purchased this house in 2010
This property provides for an excellent family vacation. With two levels of living, kids can be in the downstairs family room playing a board game, doing a puzzle or watching TV. Upstairs living room provides a second oasis space - sun-filled deck, yet a third. Property is quiet and wonderfully relaxing!
5 minute walk to the beach, close to the bike path and short drive or bike ride to downtown Chatham. Yet, with the peace and quite of a cul-de-sac street!
As life-long Massachusetts residents, we have vacationed all our lives in Cape Cod. Without a doubt, Chatham is our favorite place to stay. We are so fortunate we came across this property and had the pleasure of staying in it for the 4th of July week. The home is pristine, with hardwood floors and new kitchen and baths, and it comfortably accommodates 8. The kitchen is very pretty and well equipped for those meals that we chose to dine in for. The property is private and set back on a cul-de-sac, which makes it very relaxing to sit on the deck during the evenings for a BBQ, as well as to enjoy conversation and s’mores at the fire pit. The front yard is quite large and the kids had plenty of space to play ball and run around. There were beach chairs for us to use and we spent many days at Ridgevale Beach, which is only a 5 minute walk. The Chatham center is by far the best on the Cape. Getting into town for shopping, dining or a movie is a breeze and it only takes minutes. This home is a tucked away gem and we had a vacation we will never forget.
In addition, the owners were great and welcoming; it is clear that they love this home. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for the classic summer vacation that Cape Cod is so famous for.
My family (me, wife, 2 adult children) have rented over a dozen different VRBO homes for our vacations, and have very high expectations. Cory Lane was all owners Jenn and Paul said it would be and more! They obviously take great pride in this property. We just love this place and plan to return. Being from the Midwest we wanted a real Cape Cod experience. Cory Lane delivered. The home is very near to beautiful beaches, restaurants and the quaint "downtown" of Chatham. Best of all is the property itself. Outside, Cory Lane is surrounded by trees, very quiet and private. The inside is spotless, spacious and well appointed. My personal favorite was the sun deck out back for reading the paper and catching a few Z's after a day on the beach. My wife enjoyed taking all her showers outside in the (enclosed) shower. Go figure. The front yard is so big we had more than enough room to toss a frisbee. I recommend a visit to close by Ridgevale Beach. After a day of fun in the sun and sand get to Buffy's for a hand packed ice cream cone! The pies at Marion's Pie Shop are amazing, too, and sell out fast. Thanks to Jenn and Paul for making Cory Lane available, and we can't wait for our next visit!
Was incredibly clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Beautifully decorated with real hardwood floors. Wish my own home was as nice. Great location too - Ridgevale is a fantastic beach. Easily could have spent your whole week just going to that beach, cooking out at the house - but downtown Chatham has amazing restaurants and is so quaint we had to take that in too. Our daughters are young adults and they had a great time – playing whiffel ball with their younger cousins in the cul-de-sac and games in the front yard- perfect for families with kids of all ages. It’s easily accessible to Rt6 so we could explore the lower cape (Orleans /Nausett beach) as well as Outer cape were we had an awesome whale watching experience.
House is clean with plenty of room. Walk to beach. Owners are very nice. They live nearby and offer very good advice on local attractions and nuances. My sons were even offered kayaking. They had a blast.
