We call our condo 'Edena Nani', which in Hawaiian means 'beautiful Eden'. That is how we feel about our home away from home on the beautiful island of Maui. Lovely maintained landscape, abundance of birdsong and the warm Spirit of Aloha is what you will experience here. Recently fully remodeled bathroom 2014, for your comfort with step in shower and adjustable lighting, new tile throughout, king size bed with pillow top mattress, and queen sofa sleeper. A brand new kitchen finished in 2013, with all the amenities. Warm tropical colors extend to the interior of the unit, bringing paradise inside. A shared and well kept laundry facility is located next to the pool and office for your use. Our Edena Nani is located in Building 10 on the second floor. It is a quiet section away from street and restaurant noise. Since it is a corner unit, you have more airflow and light than interior units do. We do have a strict NON SMOKING policy in unit and lanai... no exceptions. PLEASE NOTE: A/C only in livingroom. The soft tradewinds typically make it so you don't need A/C. but rather enjoy the fresh airflow and fragrance of plumeria nearby.

Aloha! Our names are Bob and Stephanie and we recently moved to Arizona from WA state. As lovers of natural scenic beauty which both AZ and WA possess, we fell in love with Maui and the spectacular sights it provides. Stephanie lived on Oahu as a child and had wonderful memories growing up there. As a married couple and frequent trips to Maui, it only made sense to have a home away from home, especially when the winters got too gray and rainy in Washington. Our favorite thing to do is simple.... slow down and relish in the light show that heaven provides every night..called sunset. We consider each one a gift. Why Bob and Stephanie Lowe chose South Maui

The sunny, dry side of Maui is perfect for us. We love that Kihei has a more 'local' feel, away from the crowded accommodations elsewhere. The KKN (Kihei Kai Nani), is walkable to many fine restaurants and shops, not to mention beaches. There are many roads to and fro, so you have easy access to where you might like to venture to. The staff at the KKN are so warm, and inviting. You will make friends easily. We love our units location, offset away from street and restaurant noise and the security that a 2nd floor brings. Our unit is in Bldg 10 on the corner end. We love the extra natural light , quietness and trade winds that it allows. The parking is always free and fruit (seasonal)are grown on the property for your enjoyment. Just ask the office and they will show you where it grows.

What makes this condo unique

2nd floor security (no elevator), lots of natural light and ventilation. Beautifully remodeled for our enjoyment and yours too.

Excellent condo close to beaches

Overall great property. Very close to great beaches. Quite and clean condo complex. Would not hesitate to stay here again. It was nice having a few beach chairs and boogie boards available for use. We loved our stay here.

Great place with all necessities!

The condo was perfect for the two of us. The location was great, near the beach and easy to find, with some nice restaurants nearby. Could recommend to anyone!

An ideal location for seeing the whole southwest of the island. Well kept grounds.

We had few days to explore southwest coast, and the upcountry. Kihei was the perfect central location for hittting the sights. The Kihei Kai Nani was an affordble and well kept condo community. The staff here were very helpful and the beach is literally across the street! There are shops and restaurants within minutes on foot. I would come again!!

Kam II Beach Base!

Thank you Bob & Stephanie! Really enjoyed our trip from the Big Island to stay at your place at Kihei Kai Nani over the long July 4th weekend. Second time staying at Kihei Kai Nani but first time at your place. Love your location just steps from Kamaole II Beach, one of the best on Maui. Really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella we could borrow. I will definitely consider staying at your place my next trip to South Maui. I've already recommended your place to a coworker for his upcoming visit. Thanks again!

Most horrible unit

I usually don't spend a minute writing a review but I will feel bad if anyone else will have the same experience that made me never want to go back to Maui.

The beds and pillows were so smelly like they were never washed or changed. The smell kept me awake so I had to cover the bed and pillows with many towels so I can sleep for couple of hours only. The sleeping sofa is so old and uncomfortable and the smell of the mattress is as bad so I had to drive at night to Target (25 minutes away) to buy an air mattress and sheets for my kid to sleep. In addition to the bad smell it was humid and hot and the AC was not working.

In the morning I get up and see a huge cockroach running in the room. Get up to prepare my coffee but the coffee machine was not working properly and had to go out for a coffee. I have sent an email to the owner because they don't provide a phone number and have not heard back from them. I have walked to the office who told us that they will try to help bu this is not their responsibility it is the owner's. To make our morning even more special, the pest-inspection people knocked the door that morning asking our permission to spray the unit. This was not in the contract we have signed or even noted by the owner...waht a nice surprise. What do I know about the product they are spraying in a room we are leaving and eating in with kids??

I can spend an hour writing about the nightmare during the first night in this unit but it is not worth my time. We had only two days to visit Kihei but we have spent already one day and half dealing with the unit problems so you can image my frustration...

Totally Relaxing
