Why Samantha Hermann chose PTown
We wanted an antique home that felt like 'old Cape Cod' but had the space and amenities of a modern day home. We love the cozy wide pine floors and open beam ceilings along with an open concept living area and original brick chimney. The craftsmanship and details that we found in this authentic 1800's built home were perfect for us. Once we saw the deck we knew it was 'the one'! The private driveway and proximity on foot to town sealed the deal.

Great Ptown Vacation Spot
Nice condo in the heart of Provincetown. Close to everything but also quiet. Beautiful deck for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Full size bed in one room, twin in another. There is a king mattress in the loft. Loft ceiling height is low. Worked ok for our family of four. Common area is great, lots of open room for relaxing. Highly recommend the unit. Owners responsive and friendly.
Will definitely look to rent on our next visit to Provincetown.
Great location, well appointed, great outdoor seating, terrible sleeping accomadations for 4
This condo is well equipped with all your cooking, beach and vacation needs. Impeccably decorated. This review would have rocked but we were mislead that the second bedroom had a trundle bed which slept two adults. We were shocked when we arrived to find that wasn't the case. When we reached out to the owners they said oops.. we meant to tell you we replaced it with a single bed because it was broken. Minor oversight??? Bait and switch??? hard to say but they didn't offer compensation, late check out or anything that showed they recognized what a bum deal they gave us . We didn't know what to tell the couple who were staying with us. They spent the week uncomfortable swapping beds and couches not sleeping together on the vacation week they were so looking forward to. The loft was not an option but I never counted on it. Too steep and you cant stand up in it. OK for 20 something's but not 50 something's. They need to get a full bed (its a very small room but I think it would work) or call it sleeping for 3. It felt like we were duped.
Hi Jeanette, please accept my sincere apologies. I had hoped the 3 beds available to you would have been suitable for 4 people, however I now understand that due to your advanced ages none of the 4 of you have the ability to climb the loft stairs and sleep in the King bed. The fact that you felt "duped/bait and switched" was extremely upsetting. Our ad does mention the low ceiling and shows a photo of it as well as the loft stairs. Low ceilings in lofts are quite typical in the older homes that you will find in Provincetown. As I had previously mentioned, the bed was destroyed by a previous renter and we needed to replace it quickly, a similar trundle was not available in our small town on short notice so the existing twin was refashioned instead. We cannot offer a late checkout because of the schedule for the cleaning people, they have many houses to flip and cannot change their schedule. My ad has since been changed to remove the reference to a trundle bed. I can recommend a wonderful handicapped accesible place in town if you would need another place to stay in the future so that you can avoid the stairs. Thanks again for your feedback, we only wish you had advised us of the mobility-impaired issues so we could address them during your stay. Thanks, - Sam & Kara
Beautiful, Charming, Clean, and comfortable!
Absolutely loved this place. The outdoor deck was huge and perfect for morning coffee or a drink before heading out at night. The whole place was very clean, the decor was super charming and fitting. The place got a lot of beautiful light and the beds were extremely comfortable too. Very open floorplan which was nice, and a large clean bathroom. Samantha was extremely easy to get in contact with and all the instruction were easy to follow. Location was awesome, everything was quick and easy to get to. Everything went smoothly and this place really helped make for a great vacation!
Great place to stay in P'Town
We had a wonderful weekend here. Unit was plenty big enough for the two of us- huge bathroom and outside deck. We loved being so close to the fun on Commercial Street yet the house itself was very quiet and peaceful. Owner was very accommodating and we appreciated her quick responses to our questions. We will definitely be back!
Loved the rental
We all enjoyed staying here. There was four of us with plenty of room. The condo was cozy and felt like home. We really enjoyed the private deck and sitting outside. The location of the condo was close to everything and it was nice to just leave the car parked! I definitely recommend renting here.
