Beautiful Townhouse On The Bus Route

This beautiful townhouse is available for your breckenridge vacation. It features two bedrooms and a den (which is basically third bedroom) with queen size sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms. Master bedroom, which is located upstairs has a patio with great mountain views. It has a queen size bed. Second bedroom, also upstairs, features double size bed. There is also a little study area upstairs where you can relax or do some work. Downstairs there is a kitchen with a dining room table for up to 6 people and living room. There is also a den equipped in a queen size sofa sleeper with a very comfortable foam mattress. There wis a back patio with outdoor grill and table with chairs to sit outside and relax. There is also an outside ski locker to keep your equipment in. This great place has an outside ski locker and is located only a minute walk to the bus stop. It only takes a nine minutes bus ride to be at the bottom of the gondola and enjoy the day of skiing or riding. Bus runs every 30 minutes. There is no need to drive to the resort and pay for parking. The place sleeps comfortably up to 6 adults and 2 children (there are two small mattresses that can be put in the study area for children to sleep on). This town home is a house for a family which travels a lot, and would like to share their place with the guests while they are away. There are some personal items such as clothes in some of the closets, but there is plenty of empty closet space for the guests to use. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can make gourmet meals at home after a day of having fun in beautiful summit county.

We had a lovely time visiting Breckenridge! The town home was a perfect place to stay, the view is stunning. Everything was very clean and super comfortable. The bus route stops basically right in front of the town home so it is extremely convenient. Loved staying here!

Cozy home just a short ride to the gondola

We loved our stay at this town-home. It was clean and cozy. The manager was great to work with. The price was right. The night we arrived a fat red fox was hanging right outside the door. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again next time I visit Breck. Thank u!

Great comfy home!

This was a nice place to stay we originally booked for a few more people, but ended up only being two of us. This house would comfortly accommodate 6 people. The fold out couch was actually were we slept! Must say it was pretty comfy. Everything was tidy and they provided us with lots of linens. The wifi had a hiccup at the beginning but the owner and property manager were very quick to fix it! We defiantly would return!

Convienient & Comfortable Family Residence

Our group of veteran skiers needed a Breck property for a long weekend, and came across this Baldy Mountain townhome and had a good experience.

Conveniently located in a residential neighborhood on the southside of Breckenridge, it's super quick to get to the resort at the base of Peak 9 and avoid all the commuter traffic that goes to the Gondola and Peak 8. Same goes for Main Street and all the restaurants and shops. Just come down out of the neighborhood, and it's all right there, including the Food Kingdom Grocery store on Ridge Street.

Compared to a condo, this townhome is so much more functional for a group. You pull up and park right by the front door, and have your own entrance. No need to walk down endless halls and walk stairs or wait for elevators. While you know there are neighbors, you don't hear them or even know they are there.

The arrival and departure experience were easy with the checklist provided. There was great communication with Gosia Cooke at the time of booking, a few days before arrival with access info, on arrival to ensure that we were able to get in, and she closed the loop on departure after inspection.

As the description indicated, it's a family home that is rented out while the owners travel, so compared with the typical bare Summit County rental, there are some personal items like clothes and photos, and there are some items in the closets and pantry that you notice, but there is plenty of shelf and closet space for renters.

Showers work well. Plenty of hot water, and the shower heads are not all gummed up with hard water residue like many rentals.

Beds are comfortable, even the pull out couch is great!
