Our large West corner unit is located directly on the beach overlooking the swimming pool on the 2nd floor of Tower 1! Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the oversized balcony! Kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! Large dining room table that is able to seat 6 with additional seating for 3 at the eat-in bar! New 50 inch flat screen HD TV, new large queen sleeper sofa and leather recliner in living room!!!

Bonefish Grille & Another Broken Egg Restaurants are located on back side of property for your convenience! Pier Park shopping and restaurants is less than 5 miles from the property! Onsite amenities include Tiki Bar, seasonal beach service, and fitness center, along with two pools for guest use! Parking garage located underneath the second tower and has an enclosed walkover to tower one on the 5th floor!
Policies & Fees:
These polices and fees were set up for the connivence and protection of our guests. To reserve a room at Grand Panama Beach Resort a guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Deposit: $250 (refundable) due within 7 days of booking

Check Out Time: 10 am, later check out times can be requested- contact owner, additional fees may apply.
Check In Time: 3 pm
**The cleaning and registration fees will be due at the time of check in at the front desk ($140 + $32) plus 13.1% tax
Guarantee & Cancellation Policy:
Must give a 30 day notice for cancellation or deposit will be no refundable.
Hurricane policy: Owner will refund any vacation time lost due to mandatory hurricane evacuation by Bay County Operation Center.

Q. Does your unit provide sheets, towels, pillows and other linens, or do we need to bring our own?
A. You do not need to bring bed, bath or kitchen linens. We provide a full set of sheets, pillows and blankets for each bed, as well as linens for the sleeper sofa. Your unit will also have enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, along with hand and dish towels for the kitchen.
**Beach towels are NOT provided**

Q. Do you offer daily maid service?
A. Guests are provided with towels and linens that should accommodate their stay. Each unit also has a washer/dryer, which can be used for personal items as well as towels and linens.
