We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at your place.

The location is excellent; the condo was perfect for us- so nice to have

both the balcony and the rooftop.

We usually used the kitchen for breakfast/lunch and then went to the local

taco restaurants (El Fogon, el jurado) or ate off the busy food trucks by

the grocery stores.

Ramon was friendly, responsive and very helpful.

We would definitely be interested in renting again from you next year.

(even more appreciated since it's 2 below this morning).

Pleasant Stay

We just recently returned from a one week stay at this property. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The condo was very nice and fully equipped. It had everything we needed. For the first part of the week we might have been the only people in the building... it was very quiet. The only real surprise is there is a cap on how much electricity you can use without an additional charge. We have experienced this previously in stays in Mexico but usually with advance warning. We do not remember seeing any correspondence advising of this until the email we received from Ramon, the property manager less than 24 hours before our arrival. We monitored our usage each day and since we were there in the cooler time of year - not a problem, We used the rooftop pool in the late afternoon and evenings after returning from the beach ... please note the views of the ocean are obstructed by construction of another building.

Owner's Response: To date we haven't had any renters experience any additional electricity charges above the allotted usage.....Electricity is expensive in Mexico. If common sense is used especially with the AC, renters can be self assured that they will not exceed the specified usage. It is unfortunate that a building is going up between our condo and the ocean....but it does not block the whole view.

We had a great stay at the Klem Residences. It appeared just as it did in the photos, and was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our two week stay. Ramon, the Property Manager, was great, and there to great as when we arrived, and check out us out on the day we left. There was some construction going on, but only during the week, and they generally started after we were already getting going for the day, so it was not too disruptive. The location is great, and a short walk to the beach. The rooftop pool was lovely, but due to the intense heat up there in July, we did not use it and opted to go to the beach for the ocean breeze instead. The only recommendation I would make, is more towels for longer stay rentals. Since there is no laundry in suite, and we were there for 2 weeks, we found ourselves reusing the same beach and bath towels ever day. Otherwise, we found this condo to be perfect for our needs.

Owner's Response: There are 2 large totes in the bedroom closet full of extra towels and bedding for our guests use. Our on site property manager is always available for questions regarding the condo's linen supplies and laundry service. And it can get "warm" on the roof top !!!.....Beach umbrellas can be found at most of the shops close by and are very inexpensive. You can use these up at the pool if needed.

Great condo and quiet!

A great little place to stay on the north end of Playa. Very quiet area and building. For the first week we were the only ones in the building! Very close to the beach and to 5th Ave. A couple maintenance issues were the only reason it wasn't 5 stars but they did end up getting resolved eventually! We would rent again!

Great place to stay in Playa

The location is excellent; the condo was perfect for us - so nice to have both the balcony and the rooftop. The caretaker, Ramon, was friendly, responsive and very helpful. The owners were also very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again!

Best of Everything

What a great place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and secure. It is so close to the activities on 5th ave but there was no noise from it. Quick walk to the beach. The condo itself is brand new and in perfect condition. The pool on the roof tops it all off. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family, although i woul make sure that i had my stay rebooked before i told them. I would rent this place again.

Owner's Response: The building is in a very good location as you mentioned. And is very quiet and safe. We are located a few blocks from the local police station. We haven't had any complaints yet on noise or being to far away from the beach or restaurants and shops.
