My wife and I purchased this beachfront condo in 2009 for our enjoyment of hearing and seeing the waves on the beach. We remodeled and modernized the unit with vibrant colors and décor. We plan to spend our later years enjoying the long walks on the sea shore. We currently reside in the Southern Californian basin.

Why Ronald or Tamara Karlsson chose Oceanside

While searching for a beachfront location we started our search north of Santa Barbara and continued south to Mission Bay, San Diego. We were looking for a location only steps to the water and easy access to store and restaurants. We discovered Oceanside with a redevelopment plan that really interested my wife and I. Oceanside is set to become a vacation destination in the years to come, a perfect place close to Los Angeles and San Diego.

What makes this condo unique

Some of the highlights of our unit is complete indoor outdoor living with a large patio and barbeque. Spacious living room and kitchen area with a large dining room table to handle 8 people for dinner with ease. One of the biggest perks is the newly installed air conditioning and heating system, for year round indoor comfort. Sitting at the living room couch you’ll have a large flat screen TV and wireless internet to entertain yourself, or just gaze outside the large sliding door at the majestic Oceanside Pier. At night the pier lights up to a beautiful sight.

Perfect location!

We had so much fun during our month long stay. This condo is very well-stocked, clean, and nicely furnished. All the beds are comfortable and have plenty of comfortable linens. There are towels for the beach and for the jacuzzi, and separate ones for the bath. The kitchen has everything you could possible need. Our favorite thing was to eat dinner out on the porch while watching the sunset and hearing the ocean. It was awesome. The owners were very friendly and their property manager was easy to get in touch with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun getaway!

Paradise on the Pacific

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at this beautifully decorated Oceanside condo. The location is perfect –steps to the wide, sandy beach, views of famous pier, sounds of huge, crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean. We used the nearby transit station to take the convenient Coaster train to San Diego for touring and restaurants.

The condo has upscale furnishings, linens, new appliances, comfortable king beds and a state of the art entertainment system. The owner was very professional to deal with and provided an outstanding unit information book – complete instructions on every appliance, all amenities, useful information for restaurants, places to visit, etc. The condo complex of San Miguel III is secure, well-maintained and has ample underground parking and the residents were friendly – we were invited for a fun beach party and some golfing. We enjoyed most of our meals and many peaceful evenings talking on the patio.

Local property manager Becky Maldonado was excellent and dealt swiftly with a minor issue. Overall, we would highly recommend this property as outstanding.
