Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Very nice little place, had a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view of the ocean!
We are family of 5 and had a great stay in this home. Overall it was pretty clean and had all the supplies we needed. Every night we had a fire in the fireplace and watched the waves crash. Very friendly service and close to all the activities in Newport, Waldport, Sea Lion caves, etc.
You couldn't ask to be closer to the beach unless you were sleeping on the sand. The view was fantastic. We stayed for 3 days and nights and I know we will be back!!
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is above the beach and just a short walk down to the waves. Being just off of the highway it can be a bit noisy with the road traffic when trying to fall asleep, but the bed, pillows, and linens are very comfortable and once asleep we slept great. The bathroom is small, but functional and the towels re thick an soft. The living room is spacious and it has a pull out sofa bed which we didn't need. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave and coffeemaker (which is terrible and we ended up buying a cheap one for the duration of our trip). It was nice to be able to save some dining expenses by have a few groceries for breakfasts and lunches. Overall a nice lace we would return to for future Oregon coast vacations.
We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great. It is above the beach and just a short walk down to the shore. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Being just off busy 101 the road traffic can be noticeable when trying to fall asleep, but once asleep we were fine. The bathroom is small but very functional and the towels are thick and soft. The living room is roomy and has a pull out couch bed which we didn't need. The kitchen has basic amenities which were great. We saved money by being able to buy some groceries and have a fridge, microwave, stove and coffee maker (which was awful and ended up using another we bought). This is a great location as we went up and down the coast to visit Yachats, Depoe Bay, Newport and other spots. We would come back in the future and recommend this to others.
