Kitchen: fully equipped with cooking utensils and small appliances. Soaps and trash bags are supplied, but not replenished throughout the stay.
Living Room: Features a fireplace, sleeper sofa, TV. An all around cozy place to kick your feet up after a long day of Moab adventuring.
Patio: Features outdoor dining and BBQ grill. Propane gas provided and a back up located in the garage.
Other: 1/2 bath located near laundry room, laundry room is supplied with soap and dryer sheets, but not replenished throughout your stay. The two car garage has extended height overhead door, so jeeps and toys fit wonderfully. Driveway also parks two vehicles. Plenty of parking throughout the neighborhood for trailers and trucks.
Master Bedroom: Features a king bed, walk in closet, private master bath, dual shower heads in the master shower, roof top patio with amazing mountain views!
Guest Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed and walk in closet.
Guest Bedroom 2: Features 2 twin beds.
Guest Bathroom: Full bath with a shower/tub combination.
*Linens are provided for beds, bathroom towels and pool towels. Kitchen is supplied with wash rags, towels and a sponge.
Pool and Spa available approximately from March-November. The pool opens later and closes earlier in the year. Access is dependent on weather and maintenance.
Smooth check in/ check out process. We offer electronic entry, so no need to coordinate to check in. Once final payment is made access and directions will be given to the unit. There is also a guest detail sheet inside the unit that will give you all other information you need to know about the unit. All you have to do is show up and start enjoying the beauty of Moab!

What an awesome stay we had in Becky's home! The directions to get there and get in were clear and concise, and upon entering we knew our 3 day stay in Moab would be perfect. We loved her home so much, that after hiking the Parks all day, we would come back home to relax and enjoy the evening in the comfort of the home! It was super windy while we were there so we only got to use the upstairs balcony one evening for star gazing. The pool area was nice, but we did not utilize it.
If you are planning a visit to Moab, choose Becky's place, trust me! It is so comfy and the pictures are true to the place. Everything you need is there, but do plan on visiting the market to get your personalized staples....coffee, sugar etc.
Realtor Becky Wells was very responsive. The condo was "as advertised" on the website. The six folks in our party were big Internet users so the bandwidth didn't accommodate streaming very well. I forwarded the bandwidth speed to Becky and she contacted the Internet Service Provider and then the condo owner who switched to a higher MBPS package. One shower had a slow drain and Becky had a plumber come in during the day promptly fixing it when we were out hiking.
I checked with Becky on status of the credit for the damage deposit. Becky took it upon herself to intervene in a normally automated process and let me know when I'd receive the refund credit. And it was within the time she projected!
Customer service is generally somewhat a lost art with computers and automated processes. Not so though with Becky. She exemplifies excellent customer service.

We had a wonderful stay and we enjoyed every minute. Everything worked well, the house is beautifull and very clean. We will be back for sure!
This was a beautiful place to stay and had all the comforts of home. The upstairs patio had the most gorgeous view of the mountain range. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having a garage. It was located in a great location just outside of the town of Moab and had a swimming pool to enjoy at the end of the day. We were impressed with how clean the place was and all the storage room that was available. We also loved the large area for gathering in the kitchen and family room. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to any couple or family. Whether your hikers like we are or just visiting the area of Utah's Arches and Canyonlands you'll love this home. It was one of the best that we have rented and stayed in. Loved it!
Wow This was our 4th trip to Moab & Becky's place is hands down the nicest we've ever rented. The views from the balcony are fantastic. The condo was very clean, well organized & laid out. Beds and furniture comfortable. Furniture comfortable .The kitchen is spacious and had everything needed to prepare meals, We enjoyed the views from the balcony during sunset & then viewing the multitudes of stars each night. Once we returned from hiking in the parks we didn't leave, so very comfortable. We had a couple of querstions which Becky answered immediately. Highly recommend this rental.
We thought this was a great place to stay for exploring the parks near Moab. It's about 5 minutes drive to the main town centre and has easy access to the main highway. The unit looks almost new and is very clean and well maintained (inside and out), the beds are comfortable, and the upstairs patio is perfect for stargazing.
Minor issues (emphasis on "minor"): The pool and hot tub were both on the cool side. We could not open the garage door using the outside keypad. We would have liked a kettle and some real (i.e. glass) wine glasses in the kitchen.
Would definitely recommend this place.
Located about five mintures south of down town Moab. This unit is on your way to canyon lands, close to the golf course and gives you wonderful dark night skies for stargazing.
