Hi There. Our names are Kevin & Erica. We are both California natives and currently live in Marin County. Lake Tahoe is our Happy Place. This is where we go to 'get away', relax, paddle board, and snowboard. One of our favorite things to do is order a nice glass of Red Wine, sit in an adirondack chair with our feet in the lake water and watch our children play in the sand.
Erica purchased this Townhome in 2014
Why Erica chose Incline Village
We purchased this property because of its location and proximity to the best beaches in Lake Tahoe. We also a PRIVATE back yard which is hard to come by in Incline Village. In the spring you can hear the creek that runs right behind the house. Its quite lovely. We love the lake and consider our home to be a place of rest and relaxation.
What makes this Townhome unique
Our Townhouse is split level. So when the cooking and eating are going on upstairs its easy to escape to the quiet downstairs for a quick nap, book, or quiet time! We have two TV's so no need to fight over the remote! We are literally around the corner from food, beach, golf, Hyatt, rafting, bars, and good times.

Great place to stay!!
This was a great place to stay! While booking this place, Erica was very responsive and a few days before the trip, we received very good instructions to plan our stay. The 3 bedroom townhouse was very clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, sleep, and the towels were just right. The master bedroom was large with a couch and the bed was very comfortable, as were the beds in the other two bedrooms. It was nice to have separate heating controls for the two lower bedrooms. We appreciated the two levels to separate those that wanted to wake up very early from those that wanted to get an extra hour of sleep. The washing machine & dryer were conveniently downstairs and there was a closet to store our skiis. The kitchen was nice and the electric start gas stove kept the upstairs very comfortable. The location was perfect for skiing at Northstar. The area was very quiet and we could park right in front of the door which made it easy to move in with ski equipment.
We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here in future!
Great place. Great location. Will stay again
Very conveniently located condo, very clean and comfortable. We stayed there for 5 days in December and plan to go again this summer to take advantage of the beach.
Clean and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay here- the beds are all really comfortable and there is a lot of common space for hanging out as a group. Loved the view of the forest out the back too!
Fun over the 4th!
Great location and perfect for our group of 5. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. The sofas and all the beds were ultra comfortable so we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only downside was parking for only one car. We parked the second car on the street but someone keyed it so now have a long scrape on side. The other problem was early morning noise from parking lot. We could not hear this from Master bedroom ( very quiet) but the front bedrooms were awakened at least 2 mornings out of 5. The layout of the unit worked very well for us in general and other than very early morning (7am) noise was not a problem. We were there over the 4th of July so folks may have been anxious to reserve their spot on the beach! Beaches were great but very crowded.
Great place and great location!
Great 3 bedroom town house in Incline! This is an end unit with a nice layout, kid friendly and pet friendly ( there is even a baby gate in the closet and doggy bowels under the sink). We didn't ski this trip but Mt. Rose and Northstar are close by. We did go sledding at North Lake Regional Park, and it was a ton of fun. We had to reach out to Erica for a question and she got right back to us and was very helpful. T's Mesquite Rotisserie, Bite and the Hyatt are some of our favorite places to eat. All around a great time and would definitely go back.
Great Place To Stay
We enjoyed this condo and its proximity to the Incline area! After a heavy snowfall, it was a quick walk to a great supermarket and a really good Mexican restaurant. It was a wonderfully warm and cozy place to hangout & chill, especially after ski/snow days. Seems like a perfect place in the summer with a backyard and bbq, which we actually used this time. Everything you need for a great getaway!
In the summer enjoy the best beaches in Lake Tahoe. We supply beach passes to the private kid friendly beaches that serve cocktails & food. You can kayak or paddle board. In the winter enjoy skiing or snowboarding at Diamond peak ski resort. Lake Tahoe is the best place to bike, paddle board, kayak, hike, and relax.
