Great location and good communications.

From the start, Betsy was great to work with. The information provided to help enjoy our visit was personable and helpful, much appreciated. We found the accommodations to be just as represented and exactly what we needed. It was so nice to go out and about and be able to pop back into our place whether it was to get out of the heat or drop of shopping items. I would agree with other reviews that we could hear some street noise but we resolved that by turning on a music station on cable before turning in ourselves. We had one issue with the parking pass but it really was a non-issue and attests to the great customer service given to us by Betsy. Was just us two staying, if others were to stay on the pullout couch the drawbacks would be the loft is open so you can hear the other level and there is only one full bath, but worked great for us!

Such a great little spot in the city!

We love this condo and the location. The only down side is the noise level of everything happening on the street outside. No sleep until after 3am and up at 6a with the trash trucks.

It's clean, cute and bed is comfy.

Location to broadway is perfect. Love that a parking space is included and no 3 night minimum. Both getting harder to find.

Clean and comfortable!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in the music city suite 1 during the weekend of May 19th. We had tickets to a show at the Ryman, and came to Nashville specifically for that reason. The location of the loft was perfect. It was only a few blocks to walk to the Ryman, making it quick and convenient. We ended up taking an Uber the night of the show because it was pouring down rain, but the uber ride was only $4.00 and we had great conversation with the driver on the short ride. Other reviews mentioned the noise, and there was noise during the day. This is an older building and the windows are not as sound proof as some might be accustomed to. However, the noise was never an issue for us. I was never woken up by the garbage trucks in the morning, and I slept soundly both nights we were there. The bed upstairs is super comfortable. Most of the noise was heard during the day, and usually only when a tour bus or a pedal bar went by with a group of bachelorettes. It didn't bother me at all. Besides, you're staying in the middle of a large, extremely popular and trendy city; some noise should be expected. Overall, the loft was great, and Betsy was so nice to send a list of things to do and restaurants to go to. It was a 5 minute walk to Broadway and all of the downtown attractions, and a quick drive to get out of the city and explore other areas. We ended up taking an afternoon and going to downtown Franklin and to the Belle Meade Plantation, which I would highly recommend. Parking was easy and convenient, and the free parking pass is definitely an added perk. We also spent some time in East Nashville, which we didn't take our car to, mostly out of laziness and because we wanted to have a few drinks, but the uber ride there was also only about $10.00. All in all, the weekend was great. Next time I come to Nashville and am looking to stay downtown, I would definitely choose music city suite 1.

Great Suite! Perfect Location!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for a girls' weekend in Nashville. There were 4 of us and we found the suite to be exactly what we wanted. There was enough room for everyone and having the second bathroom was such a bonus. As other reviewers have written, yes, it is loud, but that did not bother us as we came to Nashville for a fun weekend, not a quiet one. Betsy was fantastic to deal with. She always replied quickly and provided us with perfect instructions for getting into the suite upon our arrival. Our only suggestion is that the mattress on the sofa bed in the living room was a little uncomfortable, but we managed. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Betsy!
