About E H

We're a couple of scientist/engineers, working in biotech in the Boston area.

E H purchased this apartment in 2014

Why E H chose Ward Two

We bought this property because it is in a great location and is just the right size. We can walk or use public transportation to get anywhere we need to be. The neighborhood is really cute and the neighbors have been very welcoming.

Cozy appartment - ideal for a family of four!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time in Boston. The appartment was clean, spacious and equiped with every thing we (familiy of four) needed. There were information about grocery stores, restaurants and bars in the area, directions on how to get around and about some sights and places to visit. Easy access to the city center by metro or bus. Would definitely stay here again if back to Boston!

Eleanor is a communicative , sweet owner. The apartment is clean and well appointed and the parking space was a life saver as I was moving my daughter back to school close by.

Bright and cheery. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Apartment in Somerville

  • 5 of 5

This apartment is exactly as described; convenient and comfortable. Having off-street parking, while being to close to the T is truly a Boston perk. Somerville is a safe, bucolic neighborhood. There is a supermarket less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment, as well as numerous restaurants nearby. The apartment has everything you would need. Although we never met Eleanor, due to the private entrance to the apartment, knowing she was right upstairs if we needed anything was a comfort.

I highly recommend this Somerville apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the Boston area; it was lovely to retreat to the peace and quiet of this apartment after the hustle and bustle of tourist activities in downtown Boston.

La Prairie, Canada

Very nice and cozy place but a long walk from T stations.

  • 4 of 5

We loved our stay in this beautiful and comfortable appartment. The only negative point is that it is a 15-20 minutes walk to either Harvard or Porter T stations.

Owner's Response: As stated in the listing, the apartment is a 15 minute walk from the Harvard T station. We recommend that visitors unfamiliar with the Boston area make use of easy, free online mapping tools, such as Google Maps, to determine whether the apartment's location meets their needs.

Impress apartment in the heart of Boston

  • 5 of 5

We loved this apartment. It was clean, organized and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 6-night stay in Boston. The location was fantastic, as it was central to most everywhere, and is nestled along a quiet tree-lined street. We travel to Boston regularly to visit family and will definitely stay here again.
