The home is located in the heart of the Highlands in North West Denver, a charming neighborhood with Victorians, Tudors and bungalows. Known nationally for its great restaurants and fun boutiques, this house sits in the exact center of all Highlands has to offer. Just 4 blocks to the east is the popular Highlands Square featuring great dining options, unique boutiques, bars and a farmer's market every Sunday in the summer. 6 blocks to the north is the booming Berkeley District on Tennyson Street which features a large selection of boutique restaurants, shopping, bars and yoga. And 6 blocks south is Sloan's Lake, a perfect place for a bike ride or walk with the best views of Downtown and the mountains you will find in all of Denver.

A quick 5 minute bike ride away is the trendy Lower Highlands, LoHi, featuring Denver's hottest restaurants and nightlife. About the owner: Graduates of nearby Regis University, we have lived in the Highlands since the late 90's. We currently live in Berkeley close by, own two businesses in the Highlands and love absolutely everything about our neighborhood and state. We love trying all the new restaurants in the hood and are more than happy to provide recommendations for our favorite spots.

Why the Owner Chose West Highland, Denver, CO, USA:
We spend a lot of time traveling and we stay at VRBO's whenever we can. We have stayed in some great ones and some really bad ones so our goal is to do all we can to make this a great one. If it was a little larger, we would live in this house in a second because the location is so perfect. If you are visiting Denver for the first time or the 30th time, we don't think there is a better spot to experience all that Denver has to offer.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
Feel free to contact us for recommendations on anything Denver. We have lived here for 15 years now and love our neighborhood. We spend a lot of time walking to our favorite restaurants, grabbing some homemade ice cream on the way home, running around the lake and going for walks with the family at night. This house is perfect for all these activities in the neighborhood and is so convenient to the entire front range. It's just a short drive to the mountains, Boulder, Estes Park, Evergreen, Cherry Creek, Golden and so much more.
