Recently upgraded, this Paki Maui garden view condo is full of sunshine on the 4th floor with your lanai overlooking the lush gardens below. For the budget minded who do not want to pay the cost for an Ocean view unit but be on an Ocean Front property- this unit is for you. You are steps from lounging on the grassy area overlooking the ocean with views of Molokai and Lanai. You can watch green sea turtles feeding on the reef regularly and humpback whales during whale season.

Your island living space has been beautifully decorated and boasts quality furnishings, french doors to the bedroom, a 40' TV in the living room with DVD, and complimentary wireless. Your kitchen has Frig, dishwasher, micro, and stove, and is fully equipped with everything needed to cook your own meals if you choose. The condo sleeps 2 privately with a Queen bed in the bedroom or 3-4 using the queen sofa bed in the living room. We apologize our unit is not handicapped accessible.

Although there are many great snorkel sites nearby, you can swim and snorkel right out front in the calm water between the two reefs.

Paki Maui is a small ocean front complex on the west side of Maui conveniently located minutes from the heart of Lahaina town, between Ka'anapali and Kapalua. Right next door is the Honokowai beach park where the kids can enjoy the beach and playground. You are walking distance to farmers' market, grocery stores, restaurants, and a beach front board walk from our condo. You can relax on property your entire vacation and never have to drive anywhere or take advantage of the many things to do on Maui- upscale shopping minutes away at whalers village, hiking the ocean trail in Kapalua, diving, paddle boarding, wine tasting upcountry,& zip lining, just to name a few.

Paki Maui offers guests a small oceanfront pool, hot tub, and barbeque area including patio area to dine pool side. One unassigned free parking permit given at check-in. You will receive your free parking pass at the front desk but owner will give directions for lock box before arrival. Inquire for discount on stays longer than 14 days.

We both grew up in Illinois but headed west right after college. We lived in Oregon for 35 years and love the diverse landscape and weather of Oregon but, are very happy to be able to now call Maui our home (our other favorite place on earth) We are happy to share our beautiful condo with you for your vacation to Maui and hope you feel the Aloha Spirit when you are here.

Everything I hoped for!

The condo was very clean and very pretty! The kitchen was well equipped. I loved the location, far away enough from Lahaina to be a little sleepier, but a health food store and a fish market and snorkel rentals right across the street and a supermarket a half mile away. I went walking every day; there is a beach walk that runs between the resorts and the beach. You can get on it if you turn right from Lower Hanoapiilani right after the pink pyramid shaped resort. It's at least two miles long. The beach is very close, just a few steps away. They have a little library in the building, I thought that was a nice touch, and washers and dryers on each floor. There isn't any air conditioning, for those of you who care about such things. I was okay with it because I like to immerse myself in hawaii when I am there, not shelter myself from it! There are overhead fans in the living room and bedroom and a floor fan, and it helps keep things cool if you close the blinds in the afternoon. This was the second time I have stayed at Paki Maui. I stayed in 2010 and back then there was a charge for a permit to park in the parking lot there. This time they gave us one for free so hopefully they have changed that policy. I recommend snorkeling in Honolua Bay, about 5 miles north, it was amazing! And snorkeling in Napili Bay was almost as good. Kapalua was not as good this time. Hardly any fish that day. Great location, good price.

The children's beach park next door is ideal for small kids. The grocery store /farmers market across the street is super convenient. Overall a comfortable launching pad to explore the beautiful island of Maui.

The property was clean, well maintained, up to date and an overall great place.

The condo at Paki Maui is well within walking distance to many amenities. Whether you want to shop, drink, eat or play on a beach you can walk to all in less then 15 minutes. We found a great little Dive bar about a 5 minute walk up the road called "Nachos" which is open until 2am for the younger crowd looking to have some drinks past 10pm. The walk to black rock is a little long (about 40 minutes) but the beach walk path is great and it doesn't feel like your walking that far. There is a little grocery store near "Nachos" so that was where we picked up a lot of smaller things we didn't want to buy in bulk at Costco. The pool and hot tub were so wonderful to relax in after a long day out and about in the sun. Overall the condo was fantastic and I would highly recommend. The only thing I can think of that would be a slight negative would be the road noise. We were awoken by some heavy machinery one morning, a garbage truck another and a Harley a third. This is obviously no fault of the owners of the condo and just a fact of living near a well used road. Even with the noise I still feel the condo is a 5 star place and will recommend it to family and friends to use.

Great find in West Maui

Both of us recently stayed here for the month of Ferbruary 2017. It was as described, well equipped, clean and not outdated. This unit is well cared for and shows pride of ownership. The owner was very easy to deal with. We enjoyed the access to the quiet oceanfront area which is only steps away. This location is within walking distance to markets, stores and some restaurants. It is also a good base for exploring Maui by car with parking included. Most enjoyable stay. M&J
