To the right on the hall is a convenient powder room. Next on the right is the second guest bedroom with queen bed, private bath with shower and TV with VCR.
The hall opens into the kitchen, with curving granite breakfast bar and stools, top-of-the-line appliances including wine fridge, and a perfect view of Ajax Peak from the window over the sink. The dining area is open through, with seating for 8. In the living room is an adobe gas fireplace, large flat-screen HDTV with DVD, stereo with CD player, vaulted ceilings and patio door to the tower porch.
Views south across the Town Park and east to the end of the valley surround the room.
To the right of the kitchen is the master suite, with king bed, solarium windows, private balcony, flat screen TV, room for yoga, writing desk, and SEPARATE His & Hers bathrooms - one with jetted tub and the other with large steam shower.
The condo has a private washer/dryer, and common outdoor hot tub on the north deck. Garage parking has one dedicated spot. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rooftop hot tub and deck shared by just a few units and privately accessed from my condo, gas fireplace, spacious living area and loads of deck space make this a unique accommodation unlike anything in the Telluride area.

Absolutely love this penthouse
This was our second time staying in the penthouse. The layout is perfect and the rooms are very cozy. We love the wrap around balconies with beautiful views. The convenience to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. The galloping goose picks you up right st the corner to take you to the gondolas. We highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
Nice, roomy, upscale condo with beautiful views
I would have preferred to give this a 4 1/2 Star rating. It is a great space with plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and good location with wonderful views of the snow capped mountains. We had six people there and that was comfortable. It is on the edge of town, but is still very accessible to all of the restaurants and shops and about a 10-12 minute walk to the gondola station. Our contact, Victoria, was easy to work with, but while we were there, we had an issue with there not being the number of keys that we were told would be there. Our contact, Victoria happened to be out of town and the person that was supposed to take over was non- communicative and non responsive. We never heard back from her and we were just left to deal with the issues as best we could. Other than that, the condo is great! The TV’s don’t have super great reception, but we were not really in the rooms long enough to care. The kitchen is stocked well with glasses, plates, etc. I would definitely go back again!
Xmas Holiday in Telluride
We had a fantastic time at the Parkside Penthouse. The location couldn't be better. Located at one end of town with incredible views from every window, we could easily walk to any restaurant, bar or amenity including the free gondola to Mountain Village. Downhill skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating and x-country skiing were all within a 2-5 minute walk from this condo. We cooked a full xmas dinner in the kitchen with plenty of room at the dining room table and seating throughout the condo for movie watching, reading or just taking in the spectacular mountain views. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone in search of a fun, relaxing place to stay in Telluride. We'll definitely be back again!
