This FIVE BEDROOM LUXURY HOME, listed in the National Register of Historic Places, is a stunning, recently renovated 1800s house located in downtown Newport. With its spacious, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, up-to-date bathrooms and gourmet kitchen, the house offers elegant, comfortable and immaculate accommodation within a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is ideal for guests coming to Newport for VACATIONS, WEDDINGS, REUNIONS and SAILING RACES.

The house has CENTRAL A/C, an OUTDOOR PATIO with a gas BBQ, and a generous lawn with pretty flower garden. There is PARKING FOR THREE CARS in the driveway.

-The waterfront, top restaurants, Cliff Walk and mansions are a short walk away

-Beaches are reached in minutes by car

-Wide variety of shops within walking distance: supermarket, organic grocery and a wine and cheese shop

First Floor-Five Rooms

The first floor has five rooms and four fireplaces. Guests can read in the library, drink tea in the formal living room, watch television in the family room, prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and eat in the sunny dining room. In the summer, guests can enjoy the barbecue and outdoor patio.

Second Floor-Two Bedroom Suites Each with Queen Bed and own Bathroom; One Bedroom with Twin

On the second floor, there are TWO ATTRACTIVE BEDROOM SUITES each with a queen bed, a dressing room and an immaculate, up to date ensuite bathroom, giving couples maximum privacy.

One second floor bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a marble bench seat and the other has a combination bathtub and shower. There is plenty of closet, drawer, and changing space. For convenience, the laundry is located on the second floor.

Third Floor- One Bedroom with Full Bed and One Twin; One Bedroom with 2 Twins; Bathroom with Shower

The third floor is cozy and has a beachy feel. There are two bedrooms, one with a full bed and a twin; the other bedroom has two twin beds. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. A sitting area with a TV separates the bedrooms. The bedrooms and bathroom have skylights and the entire floor is full of light.

Our group had a lovely stay! The house is spacious, well appointed and beautiful! It was everything we needed and more for a great weekend in Newport. If our group comes back we will definitely stay here again!

A Class Act

We just returned from a brief stay at this incredible home, and we are already planning our return! The house is beautifully decorated, wonderfully appointed, very spacious, and we found it in an immaculate condition. There are several living rooms and sitting areas, a large formal dining room, an updated eat-in kitchen, and a many bedrooms (some with beautiful bathrooms) - yet a homey feeling is maintained throughout. Kathy, the owner, was most helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Words and pictures do not do

justice to this charming house - you need to experience it for yourself.

Perfect location and wonderful owner

We spent a long weekend here with 7 friends. Kathy was wonderful. The home was clean , well stocked and very welcoming. The location is perfect as we walked everywhere from cliff walk to downtown.
